The boots are good quality
The boots are good quality. Shoe last OK. Packaging is good. Shipments is fast.
Only minor thing to be upgraded like shoe lace a bit too long.
Overall best quality and excellent service.

Caulaincourt Boots - "Wood Brown" Patina
Ordered a pair of boots from Caulaincourt ahead of my trip to Paris in December. After placing the order, i kept receiving updates every other week about the progress being made on crafting my shoes. By the time I arrived in Paris the boots were waiting for me at the Kléber store. The boots are beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase.

Concernant DHL, nous avons conscience que c'est onéreux ... mais c'est malheureusement la meilleur option que nous avons trouvé jusqu'ici pour vous garantir un excellent service de livraison avec aucun stress.
Concernant les housses, nous pensons que vous avez confondus (par manque d'informations certainement) deux choses : nous n'avons absolument pas baissé la qualité de nos housses (qui n'ont pas changé depuis plus de 10 ans) ... en revanche les produits qui sont en dessous de 500 euros sont équipés de housses différentes (depuis toujours) : noires et ornées d'une abeille bleue canard. Il s'agit des ceintures, des souliers d'été ou encore des sneakers par exemple.
Voilà, en espérant que cette réponse puisse apporter un éclaircissement bienveillant.
Si d'aventure il y avait eu une erreur au niveau du packaging (cad que vous ayez reçu des souliers habillés ou des boots équipés de housses noires), alors il s'agit bien d'une erreur humaine et non d'un renoncement de marque sur son packaging 😊!
Auquel cas nous serions heureux de réparer l'erreur ...
