I would like to update my review after…
I would like to update my review after sharing that my original handbag order got lost in transit I have now recieved a replacement and wish to say that the company were brilliant in rectifying the problem. A new bag was sent to me via Royal Mail and the service was excellent. I absolutely love the bag it is great quality and was packaged really well. After my initial disappointment I have to say the company have dealt with it very swiftly and efficiently and I am very happy with the service and beautiful bag. 😊 Thankyou

Love the bag - but the clasp on the inner zipped section has already come off.
I contacted the company just to make them aware - and the response I received was absolutely fantastic.
The lady at customer services went out off her way to rectify the fault and without a doubt the service was 1st class.
Problem has been solved and was so happy with the service - I have ordered another bag 😃😃.

It is our policy to either replace or repair any item which has become faulty after use and within twelve months of purchase.
