Slow delivery

Although the product arrived intact it was a whole week in coming even though I paid for 48hr delivery.
Would not use again.
Emailed the support and got no reply.

I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. I’ve checked your order, and it was despatched the morning after it was placed, meeting our usual despatch timeframe. Unfortunately, it appears your parcel was delayed while in Royal Mail’s network, which is sadly beyond our control.

You selected our standard delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 48), which usually arrives within two working days, though occasional delays can occur. Our support team did respond to your email to explain this, but I completely understand your frustration with the delay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

Excellent Customer service

Cathedral Products have restored my faith in providing excellent Customer Service from a UK Brand. I would happily buy again from this company as they went above and beyond my expectations when I reached out to them. Ellie was a shining beacon of friendliness and professionalism and would like to thank both her and Cathedral for delivering not just a File Box but resolving my issue without fuss. Thank you again.

Excellent Product.

I’ve had one of these before. Used it many times in prep for classes. Lasted years. Have bought a second one and spare blade as I donated mine. Light weight, so easy to transport. All you would need unless you have a commercial turnover. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Cannot fault.
