Catering24 delivery days

I would like to make a massive shout out to Jackie who today realised that I had put an order through for the wrong date and got it touch with me to confirm the date. Thankfully I will get my order tomorrow :-)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Laura, I sent in a WhatsApp message about part of my order missing. She called me back promptly to discuss this and sorted it out. Amazing Service 👏

Poor Service dealing with damaged item

Ordered some dishwasher detergent - on arrival Dpd told me it was damaged . When it arrived container was leaking and had been rebagged due to leak / despite telling catering24 this - they refuse to give refund without photographic evidence which we didn’t have due to staff decanting what was left of contents - the liquid 5ltrs were packed in just a box with no protection in the box ! we WERE regular users of this company since 2021 spending over £1000 a year with them but not anymore - Any company that does not take responsibility to resolve its mistakes or listen to its paying customer doesn’t deserve the business !

Good prices, great customer service

I been ordering from Catering24 for a couple of years now and they’re always so kind and helpful. Lynnette especially! She’s always ready to help if I have a question regarding my order.
I would highly recommend Catering24!

Great customer service

I had a faulty batch of bags and they gave me a full refund.
I will definitely use them again.
Liberty was very efficient and came back to me within a few days.
