place an order for electronics during a sale. it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. which was really frustrating. Items were fine once they came, but not sure id risk it again.

packaged was delayed over a week. items fine but service could be faster.

bought skincare + headphones, both arrived in less than a week. packaging a bit basic but items perfect.

I thought i found what i believed to be a great deal on but turns out it was all shit, was super thrilled that i was saving but the product fell short of my expectations, i kind of wish i had spent a little more elsewhere as the quality was not worth the price at all

Scored a bargain on a pair of Asics runners from Catch. Price was heaps good compared to the shops — saved me about fifty bucks easy. Shipping was fast as, rocked up two days later, no dramas at all. Stoked with the whole deal. Catch always comes through when I’m keen for a bargain!

I have been offered a refund on numerous occasions for a faulty product but with no refund received. I would not trust them again

Bought a sim card 2 weeks ago, tried to only ACTIVATE but of course the website has to throw errors at you. Could not activate because it requires email verification & when I click on the link in email it always throws me the same error “something went wrong”, really?! and you can’t do anything about it since it’s very very general.
This website & onepass website are horrible, no proper process, errors or service. Don’t waste your time and energy on either one, there are lots of better alternatives

I did a once-only purchase of shoes. There was no indication of which country the shoe sizes referred to; I presumed USA (as is normal), so ordered accordingly but the sizes were actually UK, so the shoes were too big.
The site does not mention returns and/or postage costs, so I am stuck with wrong size shoes.
The shoes themselves are quite acceptable. But i will never again buy from this firm.
There is also no way to contact them that I can see unless you open an account. So, writing a review is my only recourse. Forget this company.

Great range of products and delivery times a pretty good. Love the items with free delivery. I shop around and catch usually wins on price.

No suprise they didn't survive.
May need to provide some level of customer service if you want to maintain repeat customers and stay viable.

Catch is playing games. Purchased a prepaid catch connect sim card via catch.com.au. The sim card has never arrived, contacted customer support who told me to wait longer and didn't respond to follow up email. I opened an item not received case with PayPal which catch never bothered to respond to until the final hours before the automatic refund would be issued by PayPal. The Paypal case update states Catch has shared tracking details which goes against what I was told in the first email to catch customer service stating they couldn't provide me a tracking number for my order as it was a special delivery

Great service. The only issue I encountered was the website was somewhat confusing. It did not go immediately to review the order before completing the sale and I ended up with an item I would have removed.

Found what I was looking for, purchased it and it was sent very fast, cannot complain about the service or the product purchased.
