Catalina of Stanningley Recenzje

John took me through the purchase which was quick and easy. Very helpful staff and didn't make ne feel pressured or rushed into anything. They gave a decent price for my part ex and thoroughly explained my options throughout the process. Would highly recommend

Very simple, very easy, very happy

easy smooth transaction and fantastic reliable car

We Bought our new family 7 seater from here a few weeks back Steve was a friendly salesman and was helpful throughout, unfortunately a light came on the dash so we contacted Catalina and there aftercare team gave us a call back to get the issue resolved and have got it booked into a local garage and should hopefully be resolved within the next week overall a easy and professional service would recommend

We bought a car from Catalina in March 26 and had a great service from sales through to aftercare. We bought the extended warranty as we don't live local, an engine light came on after a week, and Hannah was really helpful via email - it was very easy to use the warranty to get the cost covered.

Bought a car from Catalina with Michael a couple of weeks ago now. From initial contact to driving away he was professional, polite, and very personable. Gave me a very fair price for my old car and made the whole process feel very, very smooth and easy. Would recommend.

Amazing staff. No pressure into buying.

The sales team (Steve) was friendly and relaxed, the process was quick and transparent and the after care team were solid in refunding me when an engine light came on and I had to pay to get it taken off. The price was extremely reasonable and I felt a fiar transparent price was offered in part ex for my old car. Would reccomend and use again.

Outstanding services from everyone that works there. I got a fantastic car from them. They go above and beyond to make sure they have the best quality and experience. Will definitely recommend them every chance I get.

Had a good experience very easy wasn’t waiting around , felt trusted as a customer and effort was made to achieve my requests overall no complaints

Great place with a quality selection of cars. Michael was excellent throughout, no pushy sales. Got a lovely Audi that’s running sweet. Would definitely recommend

Great customer service by Michael and other members of the team, just get left to look round any questions where answered really happy with the car I bought

Purchased a car with the help of Michael. Wasn’t rushed, told me to take all the time I needed. The car is outstanding as was the service, highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service from John. There was no pressure to buy, said I can go home and think about it, I got all the advice I needed and felt in safe hands the whole time. Easy payment and made sure all the documents were organised. Can’t recommend more, completely trusted this company!

Absolute joke. Please do not buy a car from this business.

Really good service from Michael. Smooth process and excellent outcome
Thank you!

I recently sold my car to the team here, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free way to sell your vehicle without the usual headaches, this is the place to go.
Here is why I’d highly recommend them:
• Speed & Efficiency: The entire process was incredibly quick. From my initial phone call to sending over a few photos, everything moved at pace.
• Fair Pricing: We agreed on a price that felt genuinely fair for both parties—no low-balling or haggling required.
• Professional Service: The staff were very polite and kept me informed throughout.
• Instant Payment: When I dropped the car off, one team member took it for a quick test drive while another handled the paperwork. By the time I was ready to leave, the money was already in my bank account!
It’s rare to find a dealership that values your time this much. Truly a 5-star service from start to finish!

Avoid at all costs, the handover was a joke handed me the keys and didn’t even show me around the vehicle no test drive, no docs just a piece of paper.
Purchased the car 4 months ago still no v5 docs not thing in my name, to make matters worse I part ex my vehicle wasn’t even given the green slip , now I’m getting tax advisory’s saying it’s in my name still.im still receiving tax fines on my part ex car absolutely dodgy company.
Mot has loads of advisory’s I cancelled my finance and asked them to collect the vehicle numerous times as I’m not the legal owner and had no response.
I will be going to trading standards

Really friendly staff, always down for a good chat about the car, let you test drive for good amount of time, second car purchase with this company been with them for about 3 years now. Helped me with my first ever car and now onto my second.

It’s a great independent car dealer with a friendly teams and no pressure selling. Lots of choice at a great price.
