I inadvertently ordered the wrong microwave combination oven, I managed to phone customer services soon enough for a refund to be done so could order a different one, delivery was very fast, I am very pleased with the oven no turntable to pither with getting it in the correct place, just a flat glass surface to put bowls/plates etc on, it also makes for easier cleaning of the oven, a wire shelf to enable two tier cooking, to make full use of the height of the oven, I’ve not used the circular baking sheet yet but it looks good not too deep and a decent diameter, there are numerous different programs to use and so far I’ve not needed many of them, I made shortbread as a trial for the convection part and they cooked very well, I have just one gripe, the numbers on the digital screen are quite small and thin, hence depending on the light not so easy to read, it comes with a two year warranty which is a very good point.
I am very pleased with the microwave and certainly recommend it.

Ordered nearly two weeks ago. No confirmation received. Unable to make contact. Numerous emails sent with no response unable to contact via phone despite hanging on for over 40 minutes at a time. DO NOT BUY

It’s never a great feeling when you pay for something and the day it’s delivered you discover that the price has been reduced by 30%. Moreover, you discover this while looking for information about the soft/hard water setting; because, the Caso won’t let you select it despite following the instructions to the letter.

Do I send it back?
I guess I will have to contact the team after the weekend. 🤷‍♀️

A sturdy and well made air-fryer with two large capacity drawers. It also has the flexibility to convert to a single compartment of 14L capacity making it enormous relative to other air-fryers. It is extremely quiet in operation.

We purchased a HW 660 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser to replace our old water dispenser. Quickly delivered and a fantastic product. Easy to use and we love the ability to fill a saucepan up unlike our previous dispenser.

Bought 1660 model hot water dispenser from Amazon.
It works great but tastes absolutely awful of plastic bottle left out in the sun for a week. Brackish x 10
So I turned to Caso expecting their solutions to get rid of the taste.
They thought I was a scam. They wanted purchase proof before they would even consider my problem
I sent them three varied screenshots. None were good enough. I was disgusted with their 'we must protect ourselves and our products '
Amazon are now on the case. They sent me a proper sales invoice and I have forwarded it
The reply???
We are getting a lot of calls and emails so it might take a while to get back to you!!!!!!

Best buy, with osteoarthritis this has made life so much easier. I'm so pleased with it. Delivery was quick and well packaged, reordering filters, they came next day, very happy purchaser.

Does what it is supposed to, it is quick and has a generous sized water reservoir, which is why we chose this model. Hope the expense outlay is rewarded with longevity

Absolutely loved the ice maker. & delivery was super quick.

Our Caso Design HW660 hot water dispenser failed after two and a half years. The warranty is only two years - which is low for a £130 appliance - and the company offers no help at all beyond that. With no repair or spares service this has just become expensive, short-lived electronic waste. I thought this was pretty irresponsible for a manufacturer in 2025, but they tell me they are only a retailer, and not the manufacturer! Yet their website says: ‘CASO Design has been at the forefront of innovative kitchen technology since 2003 with the goal of creating kitchen appliances that are a pleasure to use.’ Beware their website product reviews too - it seems they don’t accept negative ones! A poor product from a dishonest company.
