I've used the Birkenhead cash converters for a while now and I use this store for any household needs or goods. The staff here make me think of the store firstly before any others just because of the service I get, oftentimes I find myself passing by just to say hello.

Called the Finchley store and spoke to Chris about an item I had seen online which he reserved for me. I collected and got great service from Christina, was in and out in a couple of minutes. Thank you both!

Visited the Gloucester branch and the team were all brilliant! the manager Phil was very helpful and friendly. Gave us the best price he could:)

SOLD A FAULTY ITEM AND IT PICK UP ONLY. I SPENT £30 TO PICK UP BY COURIER AND ANOTHER £30 TO RETURN IT.

I wrote a review yesterday for Noah at Wallsend Newcastle.
Following this visit I noticed some expensive mens shoes for sale.
I contacted a few people as they were such a bargain and my daughters house mate was interested.
My dilemma was I hadn’t taken photographs and they may have sold.
I knew exactly who would help me…..the manager from Byker/Newcastle Andy)
I phoned him this morning for advice and he informed me everything was online!!! I’m a mature lady and perhaps should have realised this, but people I’ve spoken to since obtaining this knowledge were all surprised.
I sent a text to my daughter to take a look at them and sure enough she purchased them!!!
Her housemate is delighted and I think they’ll be checking this site in the future.
This has all developed from me chatting to Andy one day and as he is so personable ( as are the staff) he builds up a good rapport with customers.

Fulham cash convertors, we're extremely helpful. For years I didn't believe I would be excepted, but I was reassured by Michelle, was had a smile that couldn't be wiped off, explained the procedure to me, and from them a weight of stress was lifted. I was too used to selling my stuff I didn't want to do it anymore and have to pay double for it, all I did was pay back what we agreed and im back with my belongings and only saving most of the retail price compared to the interest added on. Going back for a second time in the matter of months which adds up to a day's pay.

Rip off !!! If u sell something the first thing they do is go online and check how much they sell for ... Is not about the value of the product.... Besides could be anyone to post cheap or wired posting include themselves....sad
