4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process

Great prices and products. Ok customer care
They have great products and very good prices. Always deliver on time. Customer support is fast. Sadly, they didn't stay on top of expiration due dates for yerba Mate, and it wasn't published when I bought a large order to stock up for a year that there were some expiring in a couple of months. I have ordered many times and this only happened once. Customer support said stock was vast and they didn't have time to always update due dates on the webiste. I get that. They didn't really offer a partial refund, or apologize... just thanked me for the feedback. In the UK, I expected better. But like I say, product quality is fab. Will probably buy again.

First class food, communication and a personal touch
Having searched for ongoing meal delivery services that fit our family needs for some time (and using many that really didn't), finally I think I have solved the problem.
Finding Casa Argentina's approach was different and that not only is the food great quality, the delivery process was seamless (I knew exactly what was happening throughout my order) and the after sales support - i.e. how to get the best out of the products - was first class.
Both myself and my partner work full time, have little spare time to think about, let alone cook decent meals for ourselves and our son, so having high quality ingredients that are paired to go well together or be enjoyed separately was pretty amazing.
Also, the little touches show the care that the team must place in the orders - the extra "free" gifts, the notes, and the general feeling that we got when we opened the box - all first class!

We’ve brought Tomahawk steaks and weredelicious! The empanadas were a great starter with a glass of wine while we were waiting for the meat on the grill .
The Dulce de Leche was on top of crepes as our dessert. Very Argentine dinner!
