I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them.

I ordered just two bottles of Fernet, and it took almost a month for the order to arrive. Throughout the process, the company kept stating that the delay was due to Customs, FedEx, or other third parties. However, from a customer’s perspective, shipping is part of the service they provide. When I place an order, I expect the company to take responsibility for the entire customer experience, not simply pass the blame elsewhere.

Waiting nearly a month for such a small order is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and poor customer experience have completely destroyed my confidence in this business.

As a result, I will not be purchasing from them again, and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family so they can make an informed decision before ordering.

Not a good experience overall.
There was a slight delay after I placed my order, and it took more than week for the item to be shipped. While that wasn't ideal, it wasn't a major issue for me.
The bigger disappointment was the product itself. The Fernetómetro Cup (Argentine Fernet Measuring Cup) feels very low quality for the price. It's essentially just a sticker applied to a plain aluminum cup, which was not what I expected based on the product description and cost. Considering the premium price, I expected a much better finish and higher-quality materials.
Unfortunately, the product does not feel worth the money, and I was left disappointed with the overall value.

They didn’t have a product I ordered and promptly exchanged it for another at the same cost! Timely shipping!

Other than customs, I’ve had a good experience and a good product!

The delivery of my package from Argentina to Long Beach, California, USA, took about 9 days, which is extremely fast! The green “Matera” basket from Amate Cuero looks more stunning in person and is constructed with quality leather and master craftsmanship. The white chocolate pistachios also arrived FRESH and have a nostalgic flavor profile. I am very pleased with the shipping, the quality of the items purchased, the pricing, and customer service.

10/10 service and experience. Delivery was quick, packaging was excellent. Will order from again soon!

The shipping was stopped at customs but the Argentino made quick action and could received smoothly.

El pedido llegó bien pero 18 dias después por problemas con el proveedor de yerba Verdeflor y para subsanar el inconveniente me dijeron que me enviaría un obsequio....y lo enviaron !!!! 1 (UNO) ALFAJOR JORGITO MOLIDO . La verdad para ser la primera vez como cliente se podrían haber puesto la diez . Experiencia poco agradable. Saludos y espero que mejoren en atención al cliente.

My 97-year old mother likes to treat herself with a spoon of Argentine dulce de leche almost every day. She lived 10 years in Argentina and carries many fond memories of the country, people and food. I am able to keep her supllied with quality dulce de leche by ordering from The Argentino.

The man at the desk is not at all friendly.. he didn’t respond me..
I was interested for buying some products of Argentina.

I left the shop very fast.. i will not come again.
