100% Money back Guarantee
We remove the risk from our customers by offering a 100% money back guarantee.
How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work at Casa Argentina?
At Casa Argentina, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on our products and services, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility Period for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
Customers can request a full refund within 7 days of the product's delivery. After this period, the 100% Money-Back Guarantee will no longer be available. This policy applies to all products, including our perishable goods such as chilled and frozen food items.
2. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed will not qualify for a refund.
For chilled or frozen products, these items must be returned in a thermal box within 24 hoursof initiating the return request. The product must be stored at the correct temperature before dispatch to ensure its quality. Failure to meet this condition will void eligibility for a refund.
3. Proof of Purchase Requirement
To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exclusions from the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
The 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
Products returned after the 7-dayeligibility period.
Items purchased during sales or promotions.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our Casa Argentina customer service team within the 7-day period. We will assist you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
8. Policy Changes
Casa Argentina reserves the right to modify or terminate the 100% Money-Back Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect refund claims made before the date of modification or termination.

Excellent products
Excellent products, fast dispatch and delivery. The only downside is that the delivery company left the parcel on the floor out6the house but isn't directly their fault.

Excellent authentic Argentinian products, excellent service. 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
Ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday. I was fortunate enough to meet Max and family when I was working as a Sommelier at Los Mochis London City. They are great people. Max really knows what he’s doing. A fantastic business, when you’ve lived in Buenos Aires for 11 years and you’re married to an Argentinian Psychologist, it’s wonderful to have these products in London. We ordered Chimichurri mix; vegan and meat empanadas; vegan and non-vegan alfajores.
Well done Max you’re doing a wonderful job. The best Argentinian product supplier.
De 10 todo…muchísimas gracias de corazón!!!

I Love Argentinian Meat
I Love Argentinian Meat and haven’t been able to purchase it in shops in my area for years.
I saw an advertisement on Social Media and placed my order.
The website is easy to use and you can choose your date for your delivery.
My Purchase arrived yesterday, it was very well packaged.
I haven’t yet tasted the Steaks, however we had the Black Pudding Sausages and they were the best ones I have ever tasted…. So looking forward to our Steak Dinner tonight.
Thank you Team Casa
