Je demande un remboursement à ma commande de campus grise du 7 septembre 2024 j’ai payé 80,73€ et pas de nouvelles malgré de nombreux mails.

Délai prévu : 4 à 9 jours.
Reçus 1 mois après la commande

I ordered some athletic wear, and it’s fantastic! The fabric is breathable, and the fit is perfect. Customer support was helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely a great shopping experience.

J ai commander des Adidas campus le 1er aout je l ai ai reçu le 13 septembre un peu long il m avait repondu retard du au jo les basket sont très belles et comfortable dire si c est vraiment des vrai je ne sais pas autrement une belle copie.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je le ferais. Je n’ai jamais reçu ma paire leur service client est impossible à avoir et les menteurs qui sont sense nous aider dans la FAQ n’aident pas. Mettez votre argent ailleurs.

Ne commandez surtout pas!!! Arnaque!!! J'ai reçu des chaussures contrefaçons qui en plus sont tachées d'encre verte et le service client ne répond pas. Impossible de renvoyer les chaussures ou d'obtenir remboursement.

bonjour, je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande, j’exige de me faire rembourser sinon ça peut aller très loin, cet argent ce n’est pas rien c’est des journée de travail j’espère pour vous que je vais recevoir une réponse rapidement

I ordered shoes and requested a return as they didn’t fit. I have a waited over 1 month for a reply and have chased multiple times but have not had any correspondence.

Fake item tried to email company no reply

Really bad experience when ordering and trying to return. Football boots were shipped from China and we were not told meaning long shipping time. the sizing is all over the place and the size we ordered seems a lot larger then a size 8. Tried to request to return them but no one came back to me after 3 days. Do not buy here as it seems near impossible to get a response from them or return goods. After 3 emails I am still waiting to get a reply. Andrew

Doesn't it surprise you that with each genuine negative review, Carvan Mart counters 1 or 2 fantastic reviews. Sorry, your customers aren't as stupid as you think they are. Stop this scam and start selling the real deal, not counterfeits.

Product came damaged and requested a return/refund. I sent product photos. After 6+ weeks customer support keeps saying my request is under review. No answer in the phone. Last few times not even replying to my emails.

This is a scam. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

J'ai commandé des campus bleu toujours en transit depuis 2 semaines.

So disappointed. Waited a while for the trainers and they are clearly counterfeit. I have compared the Adidas Spezial to a pair bought from the high street and the difference is very obvious. The gum sole is pink and the overall finish is substandard. I would never purchase counterfeit good. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

El paquete tardó 3 semanas en llegar de China.
El envoltorio muy fino y la caja venía abollada y arrugada.
Las zapatillas no parecen originales.
Una etiqueta con esparto colgaba de la zapatilla Adidas.
Dónde se ha visto eso?
Además los cordones de las zapatillas quedan cortos.

Had a fantastic experience with Carvan Mart! Bought a winter jacket and some accessories, and both are of superb quality. The jacket is warm, stylish, and exactly as described. Customer service was helpful in providing me updates during the shipping process. Will definitely shop again!

Ho fatto un ordine giorno 6 settembre sul sito web. Ho ricevuto un SMS con il numero di ordine. Ho pagato con carta di credito ma non ho ricevuto nessuna mail di conferma ordine. Inoltre se entro nel sito e faccio il login non vedo nessuno ordine fatto. Ho scritto una mail per chiedere spiegazioni e ad oggi non ho ricevuto risposta. Ordine pagato ma non risulta da nessuna parte.

Aggiornamento del 28 settembre:
Ieri mi sono arrivate le scarpe ma comunque prima esperienza.
Nessuna comunicazione al cliente sull'ordine e nessuna risposta alle mail.

This site is selling copies not the real product avoid like the plague nothing like the real product come from China took a month to arrive don't waste your time or money on this site all the current reviews are fake

Comme les autres avis . Commandé il y a 3 semaine , toujours rien . Aucune réponse à mes mail du service client . À fuir absolument .
EDIT : J'ai fini par recevoir ma commande, les baskets ont l'air original , à voir dans le temps .
Le site devrait être plus transparent sur les délais de livraison (1 mois) et le pays expéditeur (chine) .
