Got bed delivered today very cheap quality and absolute rip off for the money.
I would appreciate to be contacted by customer support.

Our five stars go to the laminate guys and our carpet fitters. My God! These guys are heros in their jobs! I've just had our kitchen fitted with laminate (wrong one given to the men at the depot,but I accepted it) and after a lot of stressful phone calls to the salesman,and eventually to the owner,we were given a discount for our grief.. they done an amazing job ☺️
The carpet men ( bloody hell, they have more than two Weetabix for breakfast!) All we can say is, these guys,all of them, are professional, polite, hardworking and honest.
Tonight,our home feels like new. And it's all down to the workmen. They left our house clean and tidy,they cleaned up as they went along and worked at an incredible pace. 👍🏼

The rep dave in the East london area is the worst rep I've come across his so rude don't know how these people get sale with him and when u call no complain none of the workers are interested they all rush u off the phone

My experience,or should I say catalogue of disaster started March 2022 and has taken until last week to be corrected .Everything originally fitted had to be redone,which took a total of NINE appointments ,a few they just never turned up,but six cancelled which when having to book days off from 8am until 6pm is outrageous Happy my nightmare is over but never ,ever would I use this company again

I paid weekly for goods that I never received to the value of £530.00,which my Pay Weekly have still got,I and alot of other people are owed money by them,and we want it back,but for myself I need to know what to do next?My bank are saying they can't find the payments although I have them on online banking.I have obtained the company's receivers names,I just need to know what to do next

First thought I was a good idea that I could pay weekly, but I've had a disgraceful experience, the lads rushed there work, was talking about women in a diogitry manner, foul language. I had to have 2 refits cos off poor standard, rips, creases, etc and let a bit of flooring to cut. I'm still waiting for a refit. For the 3rd time. Can't even get my washing in the gap or get to my sink cupboards,due to deep scraps on the flooring and washing machine being in thr way cant do no washing. My app was last week been waiting over a month. They just palmed me off and said the guy had left and they cancelled my app with out telling g only cos I phoned them I found out. when I said I had a recording off the guys foul language etc. They said manager would call me and they never did. Also take so longs answering the phone. #Job worths# obsolutely disgraceful. Terrible mismanaged company. Take my advice don't use them

My pay weekly went bust i paid alot of money to them before without getting my goods too how would i get my money back as they went into liquidation

The guys that come out didn't prep the floor, not cut flooring correctly to the line. Had a crease, rips and gaps, cuts in flooring. Just threw flooring round like a rag doll. The lads were even swearing, talking disgusting about women and sexual remarks. Have lumps and bumps under flooring. Buckled too. Terrible service. Paid way over the odds and had to wait for a refit a month and half. Disgraceful. Very poor quality of work and diogitry towards women. Being quite rude and chavvy. Disgraceful service. They scratched and dented fridge freezer. Won't be using them again. Buy your own lino and get a professional fitter to fit it

Been waiting for 12 months for blinds can't get intouch and told me they don't do refunds fraudsters need bringing to book.

Been scammed like a lot of others. Company directors left in September 2021. I got an email telling me they wouldn't be able to fit my flooring due to materials not being available November 2021. Filed for bankruptcy in Jan 2022. They are now, working as a "new company" called My Weekly Pay!! I truly feel the company directors should be taken to court for fraud!

Please please please please please do not use this company they are fraudsters I quoted my laminate to be £600 in B&Q they charge me 1700 once I rang to cancel after I found this out they are refusing to give me my £400 deposit back I’m a single mum of five children one disabled and they are refusing to even answer the phone a lady call Janine is hanging up on us this is fraud please please please don’t use this company

Had wooden floor fitted downstairs all the way through and stairs and landing carpet.
Wooden floor had black permanent marker all over it that was used to mark for cutting, after weeks and weeks of complaining and several inspections including one done by an independent floor fitter they agreed to replace it.
By the same fitters so no thanks ended up with carpet and cushion flooring fitted through the carpet was ment to be the same colour as on stairs and landing but it is not at all.being asked to keep upstairs and not allowed to come down till fitted and when done shouted upstairs and slammed front door and drove off before I had chance to get downstairs.
Would never recommend this company AVOID at all costs.

It’s been a very very long time. I ordered blinds and kitchen flooring, paid £270 they said the would refund me minus the £70 within 30 days it’s been months and nothing from these bare in mind I have 3 children under 4,m! Blocked me on Facebook too hahaha!!! These people take from the vulnerable & it’s disgusting further action needs to be taken! Unfortunately my bank wouldn’t refund me as it was a good while since I paid these people.. makes no sense but youse are horrible

Avoid! Absolutely rude staff not helpful at all, will cut you off in mid conversation. Please also note there is an agent fee of £30 that is in the small print but they do not tell you this- when you query it they simply tell you it’s clearly in the terms and conditions. Honestly avoid overpriced carpets. Sadly ripping off people who have no other choice

I ordered a stair’s carpet after paying the deposit, then another £250.00, they eventually came and fitted it weeks after they was supposed too! My last monthly payment was due on the 30/12/2021! But have still kept taking £40.00 evry month after from my account! I have contact my bank wont give a refund as i have no proof i paid, it was all on an online portal that i can no longer access! It looks like this company are now trading under a similar name!

Ordered a couch and a chair. I received the couch but never the chair. Tried to call up to switch my bank card details over because my bank card was lost and found that they weren't answering the phones, had gone bust and had ceased trading. Very lucky I couldn't switch my bank card otherwise I would be paying for a chair I would never get. Still trying to contact them now to pay for the rest of my couch, I've tried emailing them, calling them, but I am no further forward. They are uncontactable, don't know where I stand, they have left people in the dark and ripped off.

No stars. 2 baby's under 2 struggling buisness after covid and been scammed by these people who have stollen our incredibly hard earned money

You should all be ashamed of yourselves I don't know how you sleep at night

For those who have lost money to pay weekly just want to tell you I got my £300 back apart from £40 deposit , spoke to my bank who chased it up and refunded as was set up threw my nationwide current account as recurring payment , so worth a try and good luck
