tout va Mal chez carvan Mart !!!! depuis le 16septembre 2024, ils m'ont tous sorti, le site hors service puis, ma boîte aux lettres trop petite puis le relai colis aurait refusé la boîte....... bref je vous conseille de récupérer votre argent et d'oublier ce site( chinois je crois ) bref on s'en fou, en boutique c'est un achat fiable😝

Scammers....I haven't received anything, and they don't reply to my mails, even if you insult them ....

This company is a scam ..placed order on 22nd August. Said it was shipped on 26th August ..On writing this review the date is 24th October and no trainers !! Have e-mailed several times with no reply ..avoid this company at all costs ..I give it zero stars !! Do not believe the good reviews ..AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Adidas da questa azienda il 18 Settembre , la consegna era prevista entro 6-10 giorni, ma dopo piu' di un mese sono ancora in attesa della consegna.

Inoltre ho inviato vari solleciti , inviato email per la restituzione dei soldi ma nessuna risposta , sono stato ignorato.
Non affidatevi a questa azienda.

Les doy una estrella por que no me permiten dar menos. Compré unas deportivas el 2 de septiembre, 92,43 euros, tenían que llegarme el 11 de septiembre, estamos a 24 de octubre y después de una docena de reclamaciones sin contestación, he ido al banco a reclamar el pago de mi tarjeta. Esto ha sido una estafa. Entiendo perdidas y errores, pero la callada por respuesta es una estafa.

Scarpe ordinate e pagate il 14 Settembre e ad oggi 24 Ottobre mai arrivate.
Servizio clienti praticamente inesistente, rispondono in chat solo all'inizio adducendo problematiche non imputabili a loro e poi scompaiono.
Assolutamente non comprate nulla su questo sito.
Ho richiesto il rimborso di quanto già versato e non mi hanno mai risposto.
Cosa dire? Tenetevi alla larga da questo sito.

Habe ein Paar Sportschuhe bestellt, leider waren diese laut Sendungsauskunft 2 Wochen später noch immer nicht verschickt. Auf meine Anfrage erhielt ich keine Antwort aber zumindest wurde mir nach ein paar Tagen der Kaufpreis zurückerstattet mit dem Hinweis meine Lieferung sei verloren gegangen.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, order confirmed immediately and money in full taken next day with dispatch within 10 working days. NO! Never dispatched and never replies to repeated emails or calls or requests for refunds. I have reported them, among many others, to Trading Standards and my bank as a sophisticated scam.

J’ai mit une toile car je ne peux pas ne pas en mettre !! Commande le 26 septembre et toujours rien !!! Et lorsque je demande des infos on me renvoie à ma commande.. une catastrophe !! J’ai bien peur d’être un pigeon pour ce site.. certainement une grosse arnaque.. j’aurais du me méfier…

Ordered a pair of Pegasus 41 on the 15th of September. Was told 10 days delivery. Received the runners today the 10th of October. My emails to the company were ignored. The runners are fake and the sizing is wrong. I will attempt to return them but assume I will have no response again. Do not order from this company.

I bought trainers from this company on 16th September, delivery said 6-10 days I have been waiting over 3 weeks and still no package has arrived, I have text, called and emailed the company and been ignored every time! I have tracked my item and it hasn't moved since the 28th September, if I could give no stars then I would, I have asked for my money back and still been ignored! Worst company I have ever bought from! I have exhausted every avenue of getting in contact with them for it all to fall on deaf ears!

I rarely write reviews but now feel compelled as a warning to other would-be buyers. This is a SCAM company that fails to deliver items, makes up excuses that appears to be the same as has been given to many others, promises a refund within 10 days, and you never see your money again. Contact your bank and seek assistance that you’ve been scammed and they will reverse the transaction back to your bank account.

Caravan mart sent me fake, counterfeit Adidas Campus. They looked fancy at 1st sight but seriously broke within one week such way that would never happen with real ones. Cannot be used anymore within one week of normal usage. Paid normal price like they were real ones. Carvan mart does not reply on my complaints. On top of that the website promised that goods would arrive within 9 days. Well, ordered 30 July, receiver 21st of August which makes 22 days. As a result a disappointed daughter and I really feel seriously scammed.
