It fades after the 4 times u wear it
Bro so it looks nice and all but I’ve wore both the 14 mm chain and the bracelet like 4 times and they are already fading on the bracelet I see a copper color creeping out
On the chain it’s all flaky fading already I’ve only wore it 4 days why the watch I don’t wear so no issues there I would like a refund or a new set

Watch and jewelry arrived pretty fast
Watch and jewelry arrived pretty fast. Was shipped in a nice Cartice box and wrapped safely in zip lock bags. Watch is pretty shiny. Bracelet and necklace is nice and shiny as well. So far it fits well and the pins seems secure. I like it and the weight and the look is on point. I have bought 2 other watches from Cartice but so far this one is probably my favorite.

EXTRA UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON CREDIT CARD EXACTLY ONE MONTH AFTER PURCHASE. Defective Clasp. Customer pays return postage on defective items, thus making it too costly to return/exchange.
Ordered the 10mm iced out chain, which I do like, but it has a defective clasp that will not stay closed. Every time I put it on, it immediately falls off. The company does not pay for returns and the postage cost to replace the chain is too pricey, and so makes it not worth it to return/exchange (which I suspect this is their business model- to minimize returns and maximize profits). It is a nice chain, but now I have to figure out how to keep the clasp shut so I can actually wear it. And chains usually don't look good being held together by a rubber band or glue.
UPDATE: They just charged my credit card a second time for 49.99 on March 25, apparently for their 'VIP membership' (exactly one month after my only purchase on Feb 25). So now you need to know that THEY WILL TRY TO SNEAK IN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER YOU BUY FROM THEIR SITE. And the only reason I know it was for a 'VIP' is because I emailed them and they told me it was for this thing. But I have no idea what it is and never purchased it. SO WATCH OUT FOR THIS CHARGE ON YOUR CARD after you buy from them. I have contacted Carticenyc.com and reported the fraud to my bank. I will update later on if I get my money back or not. 3/26/27
4/12 Got.a refund on the 49.99 charge. Still unable to wear the chain because the plastic clasp won't stay closed, not even a bit. Too bad. lesson learned. glad it only cost me 50 bucks.

Don’t buy from this company
I purchased a watch, bracelet and a necklace on February 19th with VIP express shipping. I’ve contacted this company soooooo many times and they claim they’re doing their best to fix the issue and never did. The communication SUCKS. I got an email the other day from them telling me that they have confirmed that my order has already been delivered. LIES, I haven’t received a damn thing as of yet. I want my $117 and I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I have screenshots and proof to show my bank that I haven’t received my order. The only thing it’s showing is that a label has been created and that’s been about two weeks now. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
UPDATE: I received my order a month and 2 days after placing my order with VIP express shipping. Everything that I ordered came and is as described but I won’t be ordering anything again from them.
