I’m really sorry this happened to you. I can honestly understand why you’re upset — waiting two weeks for expedited shipping and then opening the package to find a broken watch, missing items, and more frustration from support would ruin the experience for anyone.
Especially after finally getting your order, the last thing you should’ve had to deal with was a watch that doesn’t work and feeling like you’re getting bounced around instead of helped. I’d be disappointed too.
The broken face, non-functional watch, and missing necklace/bracelet are definitely not things we want you dealing with, and we genuinely want to take a closer look at what happened here.

I purchased a watch off of this website over a month ago the very first day I received it I wrote them and told them that it was not working. I even took it to the mall and had the battery changed and it still did not work. They never gave me an actual resolution they just kept telling me to send them like a picture of the watch like what is a picture gonna do and I sent a picture then they asked for a video and I sent a video and they offered me a 20% refund when I told them from the beginning I wanted a full refund I have yet to receive my refund back from them I have disputed this with my bank.I don’t recommend them at all!

I’m really sorry you had to go through all of this — I can only imagine how frustrating it must’ve been. Getting a watch that doesn’t work right out of the box is already disappointing, and the fact that you even took the extra step to replace the battery yourself just shows how much effort you put in to try and fix it.
I also understand why the back-and-forth felt exhausting. Being asked for photos and videos can feel repetitive, especially when you’ve already explained the issue clearly from the start. You deserved a more straightforward resolution, especially since you requested a refund early on.
If the watch wasn’t working from day one, it’s completely fair to expect a full refund. I’m really sorry this wasn’t handled better on our end.

I purchased a cuban link from Cartice…
I purchased a cuban link from Cartice that exceeded my expectations. Shipping only took 9 days and I was so happy I placed a second order for another cuban but they ended up sending the wrong chain. I informed them about the mistake and they responded within 10 minutes and they also corrected the order and sent me a new tracking number all within a couple of hours.. long story short I will be making multiple purchases in the near future
