They just take your funds, keep using your card numbers to order things for them. Wanted to buy the TV antenna's that they advertised on FB. No antennas came, but my bank notified me that I had unknown purchases, and I told the fraud department of my bank, they cut the 3 purchases and put the funds back into my account. Now I need the fraud people to go after them for my $100.oo that CARTCLICK stole from me. I am wondering if FB gets a cut of these scams? This company CartClick is nothing but a rip-off company.

I ordered 2 get 1 free. $104.00,It showed I ordered $450.00 worth of crap. And then, I couldn't change the order because this company will not allow me to do so. This is a scam and this company should be banned on selling on the internet. I will not ever do business with them again.

Tried to email address ,fill out a form about the problem ,get some feedback to once again return it at OWN expense. this is a SCAM would be good to shut them down Hate scammers

Do not buy this product. There's none to talk to if you have any issues and if you want to return they give you an address in London and have you pay to shipment.

Scam!!! It is some 10 or 15 years old device with outdated software. You can buy working one in Walmart for $15.00.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. This has been a headache since the day these TV things arrived. First, they took forever to come, and then when I tried to connect them as instructed, my virus protection and internet connection wouldn't let me. It keeps saying fraudulent site. Then, I found that if it were connected, it would cost $40 a month to use it. I purchased 3 of these things because I believed I would no longer have to pay for streaming service after these were hooked up. That was what I was led to believe when they were purchased. So now I have three devices we've paid $112.85 for and can't use. I've emailed the company back and forth several times, and they have never addressed the above issues; they keep telling me to follow instructions. I have told them each time I want my money refunded, and as many of you have commented, I can return them to the UK at my own expense, and maybe I'll get a few dollars back. What a total rip-off.

The product is garbage. Doesn't work. Notice the reviews. Nothing in the middle. Only 1's and 5's. The 1's are people like me that wasted their money on this thing, the 5's are all posted by the crooks selling it.

Instructions are unreadable for the Castview product. They did send me a google file link that said I had no access. I requested access and after hearing nothing I wrote in again. This time they sent a pdf file of page one. Instructions end after connecting device to tv. I could tell by counting number of screenshot on the unreadable instructions that there are at least 2 more pages, with the last Image being an application of some sort. They have not replied in a week now.
After reading reviews of other customers (ratings of 1) along with employee ratings (ratings of 5) it is obvious it's a scam company. Too bad Chinese business people have lost their pride of honour. There should be rash of recent dirt naps being taken.

This company is a scam. I ordered several SafeHammers, but they are not the real SafeHammer. They have knocked off the product and are using the SafeHammer name. The product they sent was made in China and shipped from China. I don't even try to complain, as I read in other reviews that the don't pick up phones and/or want the customer to pay return fees to China. I paid big american dollars to get the real thing for presents to my family and now I have a cheap China version. I should have bought them from a hardware shop in Australia for half the money. Shame on you.

I bought safehammers for my family and i am grateful that they immediately helped me with my requests. I decided to buy more since i trust that safety is a good preventative measure. The customer service is amazing and i thought it did not work, but i tried it for myself and tested it. Now, i trust this device for our safety.

This company is a scam. I ordered several SafeHammers, but they are not the real SafeHammer. They have knocked off the product and are using the SafeHammer name. I immediately tried to return them and are now being told that I have to pay return shipping to the UK from the states. Why should I have to pay return shipping when they are the ones selling a fake product? And back to the UK no less. They have a phone number in WY, but no one ever answers it. Probably just a front for the scam.

Terrible! I feel scammed, They leave an email address that I clicked on and couldn’t send the message. I hate the high pressure can’t get to the next screen unless you add on this item and that item, EVEN delivery insurance. I found a very similar product is on Amazon for a third of the price. I tried to cancel the order immediately with no luck, I don’t know how they sleep at night. Shame on you Cartclick!! Terrible!!! Thus was the last thing I needed!
