Wish I could give them 0 stars. I purchased a product they say arrived March 16th but I was out of town and didn’t see the package until a week later. I looked at instructions and realized I didn’t understand how to connect it. 2 weeks went by before a friend was able to look at it to see if they could help. They did not understand direction. A few days later I contacted company on April 16th to get refund. They refused saying I was one day late in asking for refund. Now I have a piece of worthless crap.

I Ordered TV antenna booster that claims to view all channels however I was only able to view few channels at best. Sent email to customer service they agree to return but the company required me to ship back to UK warehouse and pay for shipping to get a refund. Terrible and I will never order anything from them.

What a SCAM!!! I ordered a safe hammer. I was charged $120 CAD on my credit card. I saw the notification come up on my phone when the purchase went through, which was shocking to me. I guess I was not expecting the exchange rate.. at that moment I googled SafeHammer and saw Amazon is selling the EXACT same product for $20. I emailed the company right away (within 10 min of purchase) they wrote back saying they would not reverse the charges and cancel the order, its against their policy. NEVER have I ever heard of a legit company that would not reverse a charge 10 minutes after purchase. How ridiculous. Such a scam!

I have order safe hammer. I have received immediately an email with confirmation and saying that shortly there will be another email to confirm the shipment of the goods. After a week as I had not received any news, I have send another email and received an automatic email with several options. One option was to cancel my order. I decided to canceled. After that no more emails were received. I still do not know if they will ship the goods or if they will cancel the order and reimburse.
Communications were stopped

Tried to get hold of them about three times but have not had one email back from them i am going to get on to my bank again tomorrow I wish i never ordered this TV boost now and what as been said about them on here i done it again if they would just email you it would make me a bit more happy never again on here. It comes to day just put though the letter box at to run down the road to ask him to take it back he did do that for me was not sure 100/% what i was doing tried to get hold of them three times no look with them just didn't seem to care at all

I have not yet found a way of unsubscribing from Cartclick's mailing list. Despite having gone through their unsubscribe process the emails keep coming on a daily basis.

Cart click is a Scam Website, I have Stupidly been done again after falling for the same Trick last year on there TV Boost Aerial for €37 which I also received the same one last year that does not work, A Flimsy flat piece of plastic attached to an plug in aerial lead that is useless which are made in China. Such a Mug I am again These Scammers should be taken off advertising and done for fraud. Do not touch them with a Barge Pole, Money Lost again

I NEVER GAVE THEM THE NEW CARD NUMBER, SO I DON'T KNOW HOW THE H*** THEY CHASED DOWN MY NEW CARD NUMBER.

The product did not work as promised, and when I asked for instructions for return, I was told that I would have to send it (at my expense) to the UK. So by the time I pay the postage, and then only get a partial refund, I have decided to take it as a Life Lesson, and not fall for the scam again.

Did not have correct cable attachment and have not gotten my credit of $29.99, since Aug. 2023. Scam artists!

The product adjustable specticals were rubbish. They did not work as promised. I tried to get money back but more excuses and no action. Don't buy from this group.

I received my items on time, and it's a good one. I got a good deal with the antenna booster. I have been using it for weeks, and it works well!

I had ordered some items worth $150 from this scam site and I had never received any of them !

Product did not work. Asked to return and they agreed, except it had to returned to Great Britain! $59.99 item would cost $165.00 sent by USPS.
They did not mentioned or show there would be a 20.0% penalty deduction.
Would you pay $165.00 freight bill for a $48.00
credit?

I never received my package because it was apparently placed in the wrong mailbox. There are 40 mailboxes on the wall at my apartment complex. Whoever received it kept it. CartClick refused to send another or credit me. Their policy is they are not responsible for any delivery issues. Other companies make good when something like this happens.

I ordered three of the "Vehicle mounted Safety Hammer(s)" and didn't have any problems. I ordered them through the computer. They came soon thereafter,...an appropriate time.

I would give this company a 0 if that was an option. I ordered the TV antenna with 5x boost. In reality it was 5 extremely cheap antennas with no boosters. I attempted to return them, they wanted me to send pics and video of my attempts to use it/them. I refused. They then required I mail them back at my expense TO THE UK, they came from Wyoming. The postage cost was over $80. I paid approximately $90 for them. In addition, there was a $20 restocking fee and $10 shipping. Obviously these charges and return destination were to discourage me from returning the merchandise. This company is a total SCAM, do not under any circumstances do business with them!!
