I've been requesting a refund for the last three months. When the package came to my mailroon, I never saw it and told the mail carrier to send it back. Anytime I refused a package from any place of business, I refused it and they gave me a refund. When I returned the cartclick package, customer service told me they cannot accept it by returning it through USPS. This company is a SCAM!

The company is a hoax! For 3 months I have ordered for a fengshui bracelet and till today they are still telling me to hang on and that I will soon get it...for months, not weeks or days, these people have played me around, telling one lie or another about the bracelet! It's a hopeless service made up of very arrogant people who have no manners at all. Do not use their service...CartClick is a fraud!

I purchased three CastView units because the advertisement stated, "Swiss engineer’s invention gives people access to every TV channel and streaming service without paying a dime….CastView is a revolutionary device that allows you to access nearly every TV channel and streaming service available, straight to your TV, without the need for expensive subscriptions." Additionally, it stated, "Imagine having instant access to virtually every TV channel and streaming platform in existence, all from your current television, with no costly subscriptions required." Furthermore, the ad stated, "This unassuming cutting-edge technology that acts as a satellite, empowering your TV to instantly receive thousands of premium channels and coveted streaming applications....This totally legal process ensures that the TV corporations get paid for their programs and you get on-demand access to any show you like."
This is incorrect information. The unit is only a device that allows casting material to a TV from a mobile phone. To access the programs, one must already have streaming subscriptions. It is false advertising.

I was charge $8.71 dollars for Express Service l didn't ask or click for Express Service is one day delivery l my Bracelet delivery almost 3 weeks CartClick l email them 3 times l email them again this morning 11:20 am 11-30-24 I want my full refund back the Bracelet cost $39.00 dollars l was charge $51.00 dollars and some cents. The Bracelet doesn't bring good luck at all they pat people to lie about Bracelet bring good luck. Sarah never responded back to my emails l have been emailing she keep emailing me about the Bracelet l order now she keep emailing me about some ring everything about my Express Service l was charge $8.71 CartClick don't have a phone number was l can call someone l am emailing CEO of this company Express means 1 day services and l didn't get that. Sarah look up the word Express and CartClick don't know what Express Service Mean either

My elderly father was taken by this company for almost $500. We have sent several emails requesting refund and how to return the five boxes of shit. They had us send pictures of the boxes and receipt and then claimed it wasn't from their company. I sent another email today and got the same generic response plus the same email again from a Sara Smith. My elderly father is out $500. Don't trust these pop-ups off YouTube, tic Tok, Instagram... They're scam's.

I DECIDED TO RETURN MY CARTCLICK AND AS OTHERS HAVE SAID THE COST TO DO SO (TO THE UK) MAKES IT ECONOMICALLY UNREASONABLE DUE TO THE COST AS THEY ASK FOR A TRACKING NUMBER TO BE USED (SHOULDN'T THAT BE FOR ME, NOT THEM?). I MAILED THE PACKAGE VIA CANADA POST ... NOTHING HAPPENED. WEEKS LATER I INQUIRED ABOUT IT ARRIVING, NO REPLY. THEY THEN ASKED FOR A RECEIPT FOR POSTAGE WHICH I SENT. FRANCIS, OBVIOUSLY A REAL WINNER OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT SAID I WAS UNCO-OPERATIVE RE: HIS REQUESTS. I ASKED HIM TO ANSWER THREE QUESTIONS: 1) DID THE CARTCLICK ARRIVE? -YES OR NO; 2) DID THE RECEIPT ARRIVE? - YES OR NO; 3) THE NAME OF HIS SUPERVISOR, A FOUR WORD REPLY TO THE THREE QUESTIONS. FUNNY, BUT HE STOPPED ALL COMMUNICATION IMMEDIATELY. I THEN SENT A SIMILAR INQUIRY TO SARAH SMITH WHOSE NUMEROUS AND FLOWERY E-MAILS AFTER MY ORDER CONVINCED ME THAT SHE MUST BE THE GREATEST SERVICE AGENT OF ALL TIME, ALL COMPANIES CONSIDERED! A FORM LETTER WAS GENERATED STARTING THE WHOLE PROCESS OVER AGAIN ... BUT NOTHING FROM SARAH RE: THOSE THREE QUESTIONS. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL - STILL NO MONEY RECEIVED BY ME FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCT. I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON AND I HOPE YOU DO TOO FROM MY LENGTHY MESSAGE!

Very lousy, no integrity company. Product did not work and I had to return it to United Kingdom not California where it was delivered to me. Postage is twice the amount of the product price

I made a purchase from a YouTube video ad. It said that all you have to do is plug the Castview into an HDMI port on the TV. When I placed my order there were a dozen more ads trying to make me buy more stuff, I had to be very careful to select only the appropriate options. I knew then then it was probably a bad idea.
The Castview was $49 but by the time I paid shipping and a mandatory Expedite charge the total cost was $69.
When I received it about 3 weeks later I found instructions indicating that it was not nearly so simple to install, and that it did not do what the ad said.
I exchanged many emails with them, and pretty quickly I told them that I had no need for the item, no use for it. Instead of agreeing to a return they sent several emails trying to discourage me from returning. Eventually I said enough, I am returning it.
I sent an email asking if they will accept a return. I got no answer. I was running out of time for a 30-day return, so I put it in the mail to make sure it was postmarked within 30 days of my purchase. It cost me $20 to send it from the USA to the UK, and the post office said it would take about 10 days,
The next day I got an email showing their return policy which states that it has to be received within 30 days.
I informed them that I mailed it within 30 days and I had no control over the shipping time.
A couple of days later I got an email that I did not qualify for a refund. It was just a text message and did not look very official. It could have been written just for my benefit.
So my cost was $89 and when they receive it they will no doubt sell it again. Nice for them.
Their emails were all very polite and it was all crap. I have no doubt whatsoever they their delaying tactics were designed to slow down my return.

The delivery service they choose delivered to the wrong street address and the company and the delivery company both denied responsibility and I lost my money

I so wish I had checked here before ordering. This was suppose to be a device that allows you to stream many channels.
What arrived and is listed on my bill is a simple aircast unit.
My computer and TV can do that for free.
I got tons of emails from them assuring me "we're building your unit now", we're pro loading it ow", it's in QC to be sure everything works right before we ship it to you.
The unit was mailed to me from Commerce CA & even on the envelope it says return to that shipping address.
When I emailed to company that they sent me something that does nothing it was advertised to do and all it does is something my TV, computer, & phone can do for free.
They told me I pay to ship it back to the UK.
I told them it was shipped to me from Commerce CA and even the packaging return address says to return it to that address.
They told me the CA address is a distribution hub only and does not take returns. Even though the package makes it appear they do receive as well.
When I told the company it's useless to ship to the UK as it will cost me as much as the product and I will take it up with my credit card company. I haven't heard from them since and I've still sent them a few additional emails.
Stay away from this scam.
I hope you check before ordering & not fall for the scam I and others have.
I ordered it mid October. I contacted them within 2 weeks of receiving it so well withing their return policy.
They are nothing more than a false advertising come on and then their very pleasant email follow ups are nothing more than lies.

A well organized scam. I placed an order for TV antenna on September 6 then cancelled on the same day after reading reviews. They ignored my cancellation and went ahead and shipped several days later. When it arrived it was a small pkg about size of Xmas card envelope. I took it directly to post office and returned to the return address on envelope without opening. The charge went on my credit card immediately after I made and cancelled my order. Direct TV was unable to return the charge to my account. This company is a very well organized scam.

My Best decision to have fengshui bracelets, since I wear its give me more positive energy, and my business become successful…….

Shame on these people and all like them who take advantage of people in this manner. I am really afraid the souls of such people. They should beware because their or earthly sufferings coming for them. They are even in danger of causing sufferings for their loved ones. Are you so pitiful that you have to not enough going for yourself that taking advantage of people is the only way you know to make money. You are worse than a street thug.

I contacted this company within minutes when I received their email about a purchase that I did not order. The company replied in a reasonable time and seemed concerned but they decided they were going to still ship out the item anyway. I would not trust this company at all.

return policy is a sham. Products have to be returned to the UK and the cost of postage makes returning unavailable. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this company!

I bought a cast view to get all the t.v channels for free.It did nothing not 1 channel and everything else the stated on thier sales pitch is false,lie and un true.they have no support and takes days to get any response.they made me pay for shipping.and it took 2 weeks.and you dont get your money back as stated.i think they just took the money, send some broken piece of crap,
