This is just another scam, I got my refund back through PayPal before the item arrived and lucky I did as I am so amazed how these stupid people managed to magnetise plastic beads held together by a elastic band. It truly is an amazing feat of utter madness!

Help, I bought an item on the net and found myself automatically subscribed to paying 29.95 US dollars per month. I've complained to CartClick and am not getting any joy. I've asked them to reimburse the 3 months' worth taken so far and to stop the subscription. How do I stop the money being taken from my Paypal acc? I strongly suggest you avoid CartClick. Will let you know if they reimburse and cancel the subscription.

They are a scam. I have only purchased one item from them, they have me on a monthly subscription of USD $29.95 per month for nothing.
I claimed through pay pal, they went in favour of the seller.

This company is a scammer! I ordered a magnetic bracelet that they advertised for tinnitus relief. When the bracelet arrived, there was not a single magnetic bead in it. In addition, they signed me up for a monthly service called Trust Rewards without my authorization. This service charged my credit card $29.95 per month. I was able to dispute it and get my money back for that. However, they are in GB (I assume Great Britain) and it will cost me more to send the bracelet back than I paid for it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't buy anything from them. They add on a membership at $29.95 per month without notifying you. The amount just shows up the next month and the next, if you don't catch it.

They promise a "no questions asked" return policy and then make you send the item to a London address (from the US), which costs, at minimum, about $60 for a small envelope weighing 4 oz.

Fraud... they sent me a fake magnetic bracelet that was advertised for blood circulation when purchased.

I have no idea how, but after buying one product I was signed up to Trust Rewards for $29.95 per month. I received no correspondence to confirm my rewards and consider this to be a scam. I have since contacted them and after a few days the monthly amount was cancelled. Still waiting for the amounts paid to be refunded.

I agree with J "Big Mama" Calle, I also purchased something from this site in July. On Aug 4th I was also charged $29.95 from cartclickco, but didn't know what is was. I sent a message, via their website, asking about the charges and how I could cancel it. Received an automated response saying they would be in contact with me. No response. September 3rd I was, again charged $29.95 on the same cc with a merchant name of CC Store. I called my cc company to find out they needed the original response from me. Funny, can't find that on the website.

If I could give zero stars I would! I decided to order the fengshui bracelet. I get an email from PayPal about a $29.95 extra charge from these people which I never authorized. Seems like when you place an order they fraudulently enroll you in some membership program. No mention of it anywhere on their website it is just done! Come to find out this company has been flagged as a fraudulent company as it was dissolved back in January of 2025. I emailed them to get a full refund and of course no respond! Now I am having them investigated! My husband is a deputy district attorney and my father in law is a judge! They messed with the wrong one! DO NOT order anything from this company they are scammers.

Purchased item via Facebook ad. Got a notification that item has shipped then got another notification that the item is being held waiting for additional payment. They do not respond to emails. Currently have an active case with PayPal.

I ordered an item and received it, however, there have been 2 transactions of $29.95 a month from my account, only before my existing card has expired and I noticed a pending transaction on my online banking, I would have completely missed it. PayPal are useless and I have put a hold on the transaction on my PayPal account. I have emailed CartClick twice now today, looking for a refund.
UPDATE - Cartclick reached out to me the following day 19th September and by the next day, the pending September deduction has been voided and a refund for August is on its way. I have suggested that they make their website more transparent regarding the sign up to Trust Rewards, which I hope they will take into consideration

They sign you up for a membership without you knowledge. It took me over two months to realize it. They were hitting my PayPal account for 29.95/month starting 3 months after my original order. Beware! I will never order from them again.

Scam company they sign you up for a subscription without you knowing it and charge you monthly i didn't get no notification of subscription and there is no subscription on the receipt for my product not sure how their getting away with it but definitely a scam company

I purchased a magnetic bracelet. I thought was for $29.99. I was charged over 50 dollars, than another charge a month latter for the $29.99! What a scam! At least they refunded my 30 bucks! It's a membership scam. BEWARE!

Scam company. Ordered magnetic bracelet, and received cheap rubbish. They also charged me for another item, a magnetic charger which I didn't order but they say i did, and which i did not receive. They signed me up for a subscription at 30 dollars a month without my knowledge and are ignoring my requests to cancel and refund. Ive had no email about the subscription to tell me what its for and how to use it, no receipt, nothing. They just email asking if I'm sure and they dont want me to lose their offers. They said it gets added at checkout. Complained to PayPal who said its not fraudulent, but at least they have stopped any further payments coming out the account. Do not buy from this company, they are scammers.

Ordered a "Magnetic" bracelet from Cartclick. When received I checked the magnetic flux (Gauss and mT) of the bracelet and found no indication of any magnetism. I contacted the company and was informed that I could return it if I paid the shipping. I sent them proof that the item was not manetic, but it did not sway the. I could see paying the return shipping if the item was as advertised, but when it is not then that makes no sense. I will NOT be ordering from them again.

I placed an order through Paypal authorizing one transaction for the product. All went smoothly and I received my item in good time. However when I checked my bank statement I had been subscribed to a Trust Rewards Membership of $29.95US ($52.00 NZ). I was refunded this money after complaining however that was a fraudlulent transaction and I dare say it was hoped I would not notice. Also, Paypals system failed miserably.

I would of put no star but I had no choice to click. this company needs to shut down they have been taking £21.67 every 4 days until the bank got in touch with me to confirm that I am paying this company to be honest I wasnt aware they were taking my funds the bank has blocked them but i am keeping an eye on my funds can not believe this company is doing this. I have to take this further.

Bought one cheap item - didn't get an email confirming my order or shipping info. Had to contact them. Then I started getting charged a monthly subscription fee that I didn't sign up for - received no emails or receipts for the charges. Kept emailing them to shut it down. Every response was "you sure you want to cancel?" I've been charged 4 times, including this week, with no end in sight. Do not purchase anything from this disgusting "company."

I ordered the wrong size and reached out to ask if an exchange was possible. They ended up sending me the correct one free of charge and let me keep the original. That was unexpected and really appreciated.
