Quick and easy
Website was easy to use and was only waiting a matter of minutes for delivery. It was literally a last minute gift idea so I was late ordering. Got here before my friend so it's ready to gift her.

After a couple of emails, I placed an order online to deliver to England. They couldn't have been more helpful. The order arrived really quickly and very well packed. I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I received. I will almost certainly use them again

Not what was ordered on your website.
I ordered 5 packs of (Leffe blonde 6.6% alc bottles) from your website which I collected from Blackpool Carryout today. I was quite specifically interested in the 6.6% alcohol Leffe Blonde as advertised online. The beer I collected is the Leffe 6.0% alc which has a metallic taste and is nothing like the Leffe 6.6% alc. I expected to get what I paid for and made a long trip across the city to collect them. Obviously I am not happy with having to make another trip to return what I didn't want in the first place.

The website lets me place an order before closing time however the order was not delivered. If the local establishment has their own closing time for cut off of delivery times, then the website should not accept orders after that time. The website should be updated to account for these delivery cut off times. This has been a reoccurring problem. I know have placed an order and have not received it.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order before closing time and not receive it that same evening.
While the website allows orders up until store closing, each Carry Out location may have specific delivery cut-off times to ensure safe and timely dispatch. If an order is placed after a store's delivery cut off, it's automatically scheduled for delivery the following day.
That said we absolutely agree that this information should be made clearer during the checkout process, and we're actively working with our tech team to improve how store specific delivery windows are communicated online.

The 60 cent charge you mentioned sounds like the refundable deposit applied to certain drinks containers under the new government legislation, which can be claimed back when returned.
