Made an order for a bottle of prosecco at 8:30pm and the shop had closed at 10pm and absolutely no test or email to do with the order. Order At Own Risk!!! : They may scam you and refuse to answer

Three times I have been over charged in…
Three times I have been over charged in there, they had an SEL displaying special offer price and yet you go to the till and it's the dearer price, each time I queried this and was told the offer is over, no apologies or explanation or anything, also the staff hovering over people is ridiculous, constantly watching customer's,they even have a sign telling customers to take their glasses and headwear off, not very inviting. I'll stick with Tesco's in future

I ordered at half 10 in the morning
I ordered at half 10 in the morning, nowhere on the website does it say delivery is not until later. I rang the shop and they told me they dont have a driver till 6. The least they could have done was call to say delivery wont be till then. I needed what I ordered for something at 3 o clock hence why I ordered so early to ensure its here. As a consumer you should be made aware of when yuo4 delivery should arrive. I would expect a refund.
