Incompetent muppets. Wrong item send, wrong address label also and then a week to sort it out. AVOID. No apology offered , or even refund of delivery charge.

Really great service, we just moved into our new house and never bought flooring online, these guys were super helpful and kept the carpets and vinyls until we were moved in.

Absolutely luxurious carpet. True to the sample colour. Soft, thick and extremely hard wearing so far. Would highly recommend. Fast professional delivery.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered vinyl flooring and was given a specific delivery date, so I arranged for my carer to be available due to my disability. The delivery never arrived, and I was later told it might be several days later.

When I asked to cancel, I was initially told I wouldn’t receive a full refund because the flooring was bespoke. After challenging this, a senior manager eventually agreed to a full refund and acknowledged that the delivery situation was unacceptable.

Although I appreciate the full refund, the poor communication, missed delivery and conflicting information made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t use this company again

I feel your response leaves out important details. I did not simply “refuse” delivery. The agreed delivery was Monday 5 October, and I arranged my carer around this due to my disability. Your own correspondence then confirmed the flooring hadn’t been loaded and might arrive Tuesday or Thursday, so I requested cancellation. Your senior manager subsequently agreed to a full refund and called the situation unacceptable. Also to note the previous time I used this company I was overcharged delivery and again had to be refunded for that I then decided to give them another try this time.

I also explained during a phone call that I am disabled after being told my tone was rude. I did not swear or use abusive language, yet the call was ended.

I have the full correspondence to support my account. The refund is appreciated, but it doesn’t change my experience, would definitely avoid this company.

Great quality carpet with a good price, delivery was quick. I would buy from here again.

The reason I haven’t given it five stars is because of them not explaining delivery date properly but having said that the delivery driver was one of the best I have had he was pleasant helpful and couldn’t have been a nicer man having said that the carpet was just what we wanted and at a good price

I gave 5 stars because the item I bought was a lovely deep pile carpet at a good price. And... I was kept informed throughout the process, even when the delivery van broke down. Not theirs, the one used by the company subcontracted to do the delivery. Stuff happens. But it's not what happens, it's how you deal with it that makes all the difference. My philosophical approach to the issue took the pressure off, and allowed everyone to achieve the best outcome. That said, Carpets Online reacted brilliantly which underlines their customer-centric service and desire to achieve the best standards for everyone. If I was Which?, I would have rated Carpets Online as 'Highly Recommended' and 'Best Choice'.
The carpet has, since, been fitted and looks and feels as good as the sample promised.

Great company to deal with, really happy with my bedroom and hallway carpets but their customer service and advice was brilliant beginning to end. We will be back.

I bought a carpet and underlay from this company,the price for the carpet was excellent as I got real quality carpet for nearly half price,the carpet is luxury and feels soft and comfortable underfoot with great colour,the underlay was also of good quality and I am really happy with my purchase and will be buying from this company again,the carpet was delivered for free too
