Wish 0 was a choice. Ordered Tee-shirt as birthday gift in early January. Got confirmation email. Now, nothing. No response to numerous emails and phone messages.
I still see their adds- very disappointing.

This company is a total scam. Ordered two shirts on 2/6/26. Never received. Zero communication. Does not respond to voicemail messages or email inquiries. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I should have checked them out first.

Purchased items never got them never got a refund never get returned. Emails won’t return messages from Instagram. This guy is a complete scam artist just read all about them. He’s just scamming people accepting payments and blowing them off.

Place an order January 14th, 2026. A large order (over $200) as I’ve enjoyed Dwight’s designs and shirts in the past. I have followed up numerous times with emails and phone calls as to the status of the order and have heard nothing.
I did not want to have to bring my credit card company into this but looks like I’ll have to reverse the order. Really a shame too because I have spent quite a bit in the past on his shirts for myself and gifts for others. Not sure what’s happened but looks like other recent orders are suffering the same issue. I would not take a chance at this point in ordering for anyone that sees this. I’m hoping he does, reaches out, makes it right so I can change this review.

This company is the WORST for any type of customer service. I ordered 3 t -shirts for my husband. I had to exchange 1 shirt for a different size. I emailed the company a couple times in regards to my exchange. They finally emailed me back where to send the shirt and to email them back a tracking number. I did just that, it cost me another $17 to ship the shirt back. It’s now been over a month and a number of emails later and they still don’t respond. Now a $30 shirt has become a $50 waste! This is beyond frustrating, the shirts are great the customer service is non-existent and angering.

How about 0 stars? I got scammed by this company's Instagram ad. Bought shirts weeks and weeks ago and have heard nothing. Emailed several emails for Dwight Knowlton, the last known owner of this company. Tried on Instagram and Facebook. He never replies and never refunds money. Now we will have to deal with chargeback with our credit card company. BEWARE!!!

I would give no stars if possible. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Payment was processed. I received a confirmation email for my order and then NOTHING! I wish I had done some research before placing my order. I have emailed, called, sent messages through Instagram and LinkedIn. No response! Buyer beware. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. But even more disappointing is that the items didn’t arrive in time for my friend’s birthday.

I placed an order on this website on January 16.
The payment was processed, but I never received the product.

I sent multiple emails and messages via social media over a two-week period and received no response. No tracking number or shipping update was ever provided.

As of today, the issue remains unresolved and I have initiated a chargeback with my bank due to non-delivery.

Scam company. Placed order and got nothing. No responses to multiple calls en emails/messages.

Placed order on January 7 and received an order confirmation. As of January 28 have not received the item. Never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Multiple attempts to reach customer service have resulted in no response. If they are delayed or backordered, I would understand. It's frustrating to hear absolutely nothing from them.
