This company has had the order returned to them 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund i have sent an email every day now with out a reply I just want my refund

A model I had always wanted became a bit out of the range I had been saving for and after getting in touch, the staff at CMS very kindly offered me a little discount so I could get it, I can't wait for the model to arrive and if you have ANY doubts about this store don't, because the prices are very good, the staff great and the products excellent

Amazing products.
I pre-ordered the Lando Norris helmet and I bought the Mclaren set.
Both were shipped together when the helmet came into stock,they were packaged really well.
The quality is amazing.
The helmet especially is so much better than the photo shows. These are presents and I know they are going to be extremely appreciated.

I recently bought a 1:18 model from CMS, and they were terrific in sending the order out to Australia, even when thier was an issue with the shipping, they were very quick to help resolve the issue.

I ordered a Lewis Hamilton 1/5 Ferrari helmet for a friend who collects them as a birthday present but didn’t notice it was a pre-order.
I got in touch with car model store customer services who couldn’t be more helpful,I was told it was pre order but when I explained the situation I was offered an alternative Ferrari test helmet that was in stock and I recieved within a few days,high quality helmet and was a perfect gift! I’d recommend CMS very highly and customer service 10/10 super helpful especially Jonard who helped me,I will be using the store in future!

I did not order or receive anything! I received an email reporting cars I did not order were coming. Similar to an event in May earlier this year and thought you must have had a glitch again. So I hope I have not been charged for said items.

Overall good experience, though site could be more user friendly with features like a wish list to keep track of items and ability to filter search results by scale.

Models are very good and presented well. Delivery was swift with no delays. There is a very good range to view from with prices suiting various budgets.i will definitely be keeping an eye on the site for future purchases to add to my very small collection.
