Love shopping online with the Carl…

Love shopping online with the Carl Scarpa Brand, the quality is perfection.
However, the only thing that lets them down are the delivery drivers, who randomly deliver your package to other addresses. Which takes the shine off any internet purchase when you have to go looking to where it has been delivered. !!
But l do adore the Carl Scarpa brand, and that hiccup hasn’t put me off ordering more of this adorable brand .

The boots were two full sizes too…

The boots were two full sizes too small.
I ordered a 41 and they were a 39 at a stretch.

I was very disappointed that I was slightly out of time to return a product and was not even offered a credit

We can see that you placed three orders and were able to request free returns for two of them within the returns window, which we were more than happy to arrange.

Unfortunately, the remaining return request was made three days outside of our returns period. While we truly wish we could make an exception, we do need to remain firm on our returns policy to remain fair and consistent for all customers. It’s the first time I have ordered…

It’s the first time I have ordered online . It was so easy to purchase my lovely boots . I was sent emails regarding despatch and delivery . It was perfect , they arrived on time and I love the boots they are so comfortable

Beautiful Boots

Very happy with my purchase. The boots are so comfortable and well made. Arrived quickly really well packaged. I’d ordered a size too small and returned them. Their return service is flawless and easy. Thank you!!

Nice boots but slow delivery

Ordered the Maffei taupe ankle boots in the sale. Love the boots but delivery was slow. In the small print it does say 2-9 days for UK delivery. Paid on 8/1 and only despatched on 13/1. Received 15/1.
