Got my order in quickly. Had an issues with part of my order. They handled the refund in a timely manner.

The wrong part was order and the customer service representative was very prompt and helpful with me getting the order returned.

Product doesn't work, can't return or get product that works, sensor doesn't work, won't hold a charge, I got the 4 set and one in the rear still doesn't come on, passenger side door still won't come on

Wrong parts shipped cost 169 to ship back feel it was done on purpose after multiple emails of confirmation

The image isn't as focused as I expected but still pretty cool.

Received my led plates and 1 does not work properly…trying to get resolved through the seller but not having much luck

The product is high quality and good. Returning the wrong product and refunding the money was only 50% successful. It is a lottery whether the package you sent from Europe will be delivered to China. The seller checked the address, everything was supposed to be OK, but the package got stuck on the way. And you can be sure that it didn't get stuck in Western postal companies!
So be prepared for the fact that you will only get half of the return back, because your package will never arrive back at the seller. It's not really the seller's fault, but that's how this market with Asians "works".

i ordered a set front and back for my wife 2021 jeep gladiator for Christmas and the lights have stopped working. I tried reaching out to the company but got no response. The cost of these lights $159 + tax is not worth it. It is a rip off. Cheaply made. Never will i buy from them again.

I ordered this and I will Just say, it was much worth the wait! It took a little to get used to as when I unboxed it I thought it was broken.. as when I would push the button it wouldn’t turn on fast enough to my liking. But if I would have looking at the instructions sooner, it says to hold it for 3 seconds. As soon as I saw it on at night, I fell in love ❤ I encourage you to give these a try!

The wait was well worth it! When I turned it on, nothing happened for a few second, so I assumed it was broken. Then I realized that if you hold down the button for at least 3 sec, it turns on right way. When I finally got it on, I was in love!
