Adam is so knowledgable about the teaching profession and everything he said was so so helpful! This job is a big step up for me and I was nervous about how I was going to navigate the interview, Adam was able to provide me with knowledge and confidence that I am going to do really well in this interview.

He did a lot of research into my role and was able to ask questions that picked out exactly what they are looking for!

Whatever happens, this has only been a valuable investment into myself and my confidence in what I offer.

Adam conducted a very real mock interview. While this was quite nerve-wracking, I gained some really useful insights and tips in the process. After several attempts to gain a promotion, with Adam's assistance, I finally managed it.

He helped me to improve my answers to make sure I covered everything but I liked that my answers were still honest and not embellished. He also highlighted a few phrases that I was unknowingly repeating and helped me phrase them in a more positive way. I’m yet to hear from the interview Adam prepared for, he was an amazing person he made me feel comfortable and went through with me all the questions that I could’ve had which I didn’t get, but if I had gotten I would be good at based on the job description.

Adam thoroughly researched the role I was interviewing for, provided clear feedback on my strengths and weakness through a mock interview and gave me helpful guidance on how to tailor and focus my answers to improve my interview “output”. I needed help with preparing for a tough (proper grilling) competence job interview (in a legal field) since I was out of practice and often freezing whenever answering questions. I then decided to get help.

I found career prepare and Adam got in touch so we started the journey.

Adam helped immensely and I cannot be thankful enough. He was extremely patient and encouraging which made a massive difference.

On our first session Adam came well prepared and guided me through what it takes for a 10 out of 10 answer in the type of job I was going for.

He explained things objectively, clearly and concise enabling me to quick progress and get to my interview feeling encouraged, prepared, calm and collected thus turning what would be a anxious situation into a quite pleasant experience.

We had only 2 sessions and that made all the difference.

I’ve had previous experience with job interview coaches where they took too long to explain and worked on the basis of step by step theories which in my opinion is a waste of money and time meaning that I had to keep having sessions that were taking me nowhere so to work with Adam was quite refreshing - a true professional who genuinely wants to help and knows how to help effectively.
