I had a premium session with Adam for an NHS band 7 job and felt more confident and prepared going into the interview than with any previous interview I have done. I hadn't been in many interview situations before and had a very big interview coming up. When I started using Adam I was dithering in how I spoke without clear examples to use and by the end of the sessions we did I was confident and I landed the role I was after which was very competitive by doing a solid interview while under pressure.
