Career Evolve does an awesome job providing the tools necessary to reinvent your mindset by creating new opportunities in the most unexpected ways. Olivia Gamber has created a program that is adaptable to the needs of her clients, and her efforts to support her customers and her team are intentional and obvious. Through her proven model for outreach and engagement, Olivia has created a program that is beneficial to leaders who want to create connections with high-level executives and change the way high-performers network. Career Evolve is not only beneficial for your professional ambitions, but your personal life as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with Career Evolved. I was removed from the program without the opportunity to complete it, leaving me without a job and burdened with significant debt(7k) The went against the repayment plan I chose and did not to help me correct it. When I raised concerns, I was advised to drop out, and after voicing my dissatisfaction again, I was removed entirely. This experience has felt unfair and misleading, and I would not recommend this program based on my experience. It's all talk and bait. Her love for money and no real passion to see you succeed make a mess of the whole program.

Career Evolved was a significant jump forward in my search for the next step in my career arc. While skeptical of the process at first, working through the program and my personal tenacity were the recipe for eventual success.

What I learned along the way:

1. I now value making connections that work for both sides. I was never good at cold calls. I learned to survive the angst and had dozens of great conversations.
2. Bringing my authentic self to the process and making sure my values were respected is welcomed in the marketplace.
3. Reflecting on my “why” kept me looking outside my comfort zone and enabled opportunities to interview that might have passed me by.
4. Each encounter was a learning opportunity and drove my LinkedIn counter upwards. I was afforded numerous opportunities to demonstrate my value and help others through published articles and postings.
5. Knowing my energy level synchronized well with the opportunities I pursued.

Thanks to Olivia Gamber with Hayden Humphrey and the Career Evolved team, I am now in my perfect role with a great team and leadership that is exceptional.

I've had a great experience with Career Evolved! I've had a 30+ year career in corporate marketing and worked at several industry-leading Consumer Packaged Goods and Food Service companies. The last time I actively conducted a job search was 15 years ago, and wow, has the process changed! My initial approach of posting for positions on job boards and sending my resume to executive recruiters wasn't working. I wasn't getting the results I wanted...I was very frustrated. I had an initial conversation with the owner, Olivia Gamber, and I immediately had confidence that I could learn from her and that her approach with Career Evolved could help me. Through the Career Evolved process, I could identify what was holding me back and how to adjust and overcome it. I found that having a different mindset, practical steps that I could act against, solid coaching, and being included in an energetic/supportive community of other people who were in a similar situation and aggressively looking to move forward made all of the difference in the world. My coach was Inga Van Wagoner—an excellent thought partner who helped me clarify my focus. The other coaches, David Camacho and Hayden Humphrey, who led the group conversations, were also excellent at facilitating an energetic and empathic tone on the weekly calls. All were professional and pushed people to do more; they were not coddling anyone, which is essential for accountability. I felt like I got every dollar's worth of value from my experience...and then some. Great advice that can last me a lifetime. The key to getting value is to trust the process, complete the exercises, and courageously take action (even though you might not feel ready). It's all about mindset change, personal growth, and results. I got all this; I'm glad I participated in the program. I recommend to others who are ready for growth and committed to taking action.

For anyone seeking genuine, personalized leadership development, I cannot recommend Career Evolve highly enough. They don't just offer a service - they provide a life-changing experience that fundamentally transforms how you view yourself and your professional capabilities.

Career Evolved's $5,000 program promises job placement within 3 months, but the reality is far from it.

Their success stories are outdated, often lacking dates to prove when these success stories actually occurred.

In fact, most of the success comes from candidates who were already quite successful and well-networked before joining—not from the program itself.

Expecting fast results in today’s job market, as they advertise, is unrealistic. Most members take several months to land a job, if they land one at all.

The program’s approach feels more like a toxic workplace than effective coaching. The coaches don't hide the dislike they feel towards the program members. The veiled attempts to be positive when they hate the program members is felt, even if they dawn on the professional mask.

It would not surprise me if behind the scenes Olivia + team criticize the program members because of how they address the audience during group coaching calls. That "hate you all" energy is felt even if they don't say it explicitly.

They rely on a repetitive “just do it” mantra that fails to address real concerns.

Like a parrot, some coaches just repeat the program concepts back as if there were a comprehension issue. No insights. No epiphanies. Just more of the same verbatim repetition of program concepts. No surprise, it doesn't lead to a breakthrough that leads to a lasting change.

The 1:1 coaching is often unhelpful, with no way for members to provide coach's feedback or escalate issues when coaches act unprofessionally.

One example: a coach was allowed to mistreat members for weeks, and no action was taken. That coach chose to leave voluntarily but it wasn't because her coaching style was flagged as mean spirited and unhelpful. She had this "I don't want to be here" energy that was so easy to notice.

Fake a smile is being practiced on both ends: coaches and the program members.

Their contract terms are one-sided, offering no refunds or guarantees, meaning there’s no incentive for them to improve the program or ensure candidate success. No exit interviews or feedback during the program on a weekly/monthly basis means they’re not aware of issues or even trying to learn from their mistakes.

The blame shift happens every week where Olivia + team say the problem is not the program, it's the people who don't follow the program.

They sure don't talk down to people during the sales calls but once you're in the program the illusion of being nice fades into the reality of "our way or the highway."

So many of the group coaching calls are often filled with negativity, where the coaches deflect blame onto the members instead of taking responsibility for the program's shortcomings.

Coaches also seem to lack energy and fail to motivate the group effectively, which makes the "win" calls feel more like venting sessions and a toxic workplace obligation than a supportive learning environment.

The course content itself is both minimal and outdated, with short videos that fail to provide real value or practical how-to steps.

Networking for job placement is covered in less than 30 minutes, yet it leaves out how to do it beyond a few written scripted examples.

If you’re looking to improve your social skills or networking skills, you’d be better off reading a couple of books than wasting thousands of dollars on this program.

In short, Career Evolved is not worth the investment.

The program’s inflated price and lack of tangible results make it a poor choice for anyone who needs to find their next role.

Career Evolved is a specific type of program that is best suited for true Director, VP and C-Suite level executives. Make sure to read the contract fully and clearly understand what the program includes - online resources, 6 one-on-one coaching sessions to be used in 90 days and weekly group calls.

The program is heavily focused on mindset, which is extremely important. It provides specifics on how to work on mindset in the online resources and weekly calls along with daily mindset work. The coaches are good and genuinely want to help. The program focuses on shifting your mindset then doing A LOT of outreach. Not much focus on resumes or LinkedIn profiles as the goal is to outreach and find roles in the hidden market where the resume is not as important. Makes sense, but is not for everyone.

My experience with CE started out well. Olivia spent a lot of time talking with me before I signed up. I don’t believe it was a sales pitch. She genuinely wanted to and believed she could help me. In retrospect, I do not think I was right for her program. I met a few others who felt similarly. The mindset work has helped me, but I needed additional support that this program does not offer. I made incorrect assumptions it included more partially based on the cost. That’s on me.

In my opinion, the cost is too high for what is received. The initially quoted fee is very high and is then ‘reduced for you.’ I heard the same from others in the program. The difference in program fee between clients was a range of several thousand dollars. The fee is not published. A few months ago I came across another program with the same overall structure that charges a monthly fee of several hundred dollars with the ability to stop at your discretion. In that program one-on-one coaching is paid for separately as each client’s needs are different. In the same timeframe of 90 days, the total would be significantly less with paying the monthly fee and separately for 6 coaching sessions. That program also offered group coaching on specific topics. I did not join so I cannot say it was better, but I know it was very comparable and had good reviews.

Olivia is going to respond to this review and say that I wasn’t dedicated to the process, and she is partially correct. I was very honest about my issues and continued to struggle. I also had a family issue I was dealing with. As I did not fully read the contract regarding the number of coaching sessions and trusted in what I was told and subsequent assumptions I made, I did not optimize the sessions. I also started the program a few days before Thanksgiving. If I had known the limited sessions and timeframe I would have waited until after the holidays to start. Later when I was apparently almost out of sessions, Olivia offered to continue to meet with me, but then sent me a harsh message about limits. She later apologized, and I was then relegated to another CE employee (a former CE client turned salesperson/coach who has since left) who met with me while walking her dog then later while putting on makeup. She did try to help me and sent a follow-up recap email, but that was the last coaching I received.

I do not know how many clients successfully find a job in 90 days. I attended pretty much every weekly group call for over 90 days due to Olivia allowing me to continue to attend the calls, but only know of a few who landed as a result of the program. Several went out on their own. A few were hired by CE. There’s a list of CE members, but it just has names, titles, location and LinkedIn URL. I know the program can work, but for most I don’t think 90 days is enough time to do the work needed and land a job especially for high level executives in this job market.

I’m expecting a negative response from writing this review, but feel it’s important for job seekers to fully understand what they are signing up for. In a recent review on TrustPilot, Olivia responded that they need to vet their clients better, and I hope that is true. I wasn’t the right client for CE, and am out a lot of money I really did not have.

Career Evolved puts you in the driver's seat helping with the mindset shift that you are not just seeking a job to make a living but a career to create a lifestyle.
There are several things that I love about this program.
1. It's process oriented. If you follow it and commit to it, it will work.
2. The coaching and support you have with your coach, as well as the team is helpful not just in the advancement of your career but to help you understand what could be holding you back in other areas of your life.
3. The support of the community is unlike other coaching programs out there. It's a collaborative effort. We all have good days and bad days. When you are having a bad day but hearing about someone else's success, you believe you can do it too.
Again - it's systematic and works if you work it.
Leave your ego at the door and be coachable. You'll succeed.

I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Career Evolved and Olivia Gamber. I was enrolled in the program from October 2022 - January 2023.

If you’re looking for a career growth program that goes beyond the basics, this is it. I thought I just needed help getting back into the workforce, but this program offered much more than that. What truly sets this program apart is the cutting-edge identity and mindset work. The deep inner work around identifying and overcoming personal limitations was transformational for me—not just in my career but in my overall outlook on life, leadership, and relationships. Olivia’s unique approach gets to the heart of who you are and empowers you to break through in ways you didn’t realize were possible.

The support from Olivia and her team of coaches is outstanding. They genuinely care about your success and well-being. They are responsive, encouraging but also respectfully challenged me in areas that I needed to expand my thinking. Beyond the program itself, the other people enrolled in the program are on a similar path and genuinely want to see each other win. There was no sense of competition and scarcity but of collaboration and support.

Career Evolved is more than just a program; it’s a transformative experience, but you have to be open to doing the work and committed to applying it consistently. I can’t recommend the program and Olivia Gamber highly enough.

Yes, participating and playing full-out helped me transform myself and my bank account for the better! The program doesn’t promise to do it all for you so that you never have to life a finger so don’t expect that! Do the work and you’ll earn the results like the rest of us.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Career Evolved uses predatory tactics to convince people to sign up for their coaching services and then does nothing more than provide a list of LinkedIn contacts. No proven record of success. There was no personalized career coaching and I never received the goods I was promised. No help with resume or LinkedIn pages. CE has no actual career coaching is primarily mindset. This is a scam business. BUYER BEWARE!

Finding a new job sucks. Honestly, it doesn’t matter what program you do or what voodoo you subscribe to—it sucks! That’s why having a proven program to keep your mindset in check and keep your energy up is so crucial to really landing the best job possible for your situation. CE taught me to believe in myself, transformed my self-deprecating mindset, and led me to a place where I was wanted by multiple great opportunities and got to negotiate a situation that is truly life changing for my family. The support I received not only from various CE coaches but also from other participants and alums was invaluable in my process. There is a magic that happens on group calls where a huge group of high achievers who are all committed to mindset growth get together and share energy and strategy. Olivia, specifically, is committed to the success of each of her clients and goes out of her way to ensure a great experience for everyone who really commits themselves to the program. I felt like this program was expensive when I signed up, but now I feel like it was an investment that has not only shaped the way I engage professionally but also the way I engage with myself privately. Investing in myself and the Career Evolved program in December 2023 was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I took the time from December 2023 to January 2024 to fully immerse myself in the modules and workshops. While continuing to rewatch the modules and log into the weekly group calls, I found myself on a major time crunch and in a panic to secure another job around February 2024. Every day, I dedicated one hour to searching for opportunities and reaching out to employers, as recommended by the program. Without this program, I don't think I would have been able to secure another executive-level position earning a six-figure salary by May 2024. Despite facing many personal challenges since my enrollment, I had the unwavering support of an understanding, attentive, hands-on, and very collaborative coach, Olivia W.

The group discussions were also phenomenal. They allowed me to hear different perspectives from others on their career pivot journey and from alumni who found success through the program. It takes courage to take a deep dive into opening wounds and transforming your life, but it takes strength and commitment to keep going. Game Changing Secret Weapon

I can't say enough great things about Career Evolved and the executive coaching community they carefully curate. Read that again! This community and coaching is exclusive and you totally get out of it what you put into it. I chuckle at any reviews less than 5 stars because they obviously missed the point and power of this program.

My experience? Tech industry veteran that has run several multi-million dollar Customer Success, TAM and consulting practices. Like many, after a decade at my last cloud based SaaS company I was on the receiving end of an unplanned transition due to a recent M&A. I was at a low point in an otherwise esteemed career and my old job hunting techniques were yielding zero results. I was down, depressed, knew my past impact but could not brand myself in a way the new job market demands. Enter Career Evolved...

This is about making an investment in yourself and your brand. CE is not a recruiting service nor will they wave a magic wand and move you from frontline manager to CEO. What CE delivers is a shift in your mindset, helping you crystallize your why in the job market and what next career journey will align with your values. They can't do the work for you but they can give you excellent insights and coaching as to what is working for other executives to help polish their brand up and to overcome self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. CE helped me push past fear and doubt and to get laser focused on what I bring to the table.

CE offers self-guided mindset videos, weekly 1on1 and group coaching sessions which are invaluable as you dust yourself off and get back to clarity and confidence in your leadership brand. I have a great resume, it was not getting noticed after a year of searching for next level role. CE taught me how to network in a more authentic and meaningful way - and true to their marketing, once I started working with them, left my ego at the door, put in the mindset work and had faith in the coaching/process - I just accepted my dream offer that landed in my lap around the 90 day mark of completing the program. This was not luck. This was hyper-focused commitment to executing what the CE team knows works.

In closing, this is not for everyone like say a head hunter or resume service. If you are an executive or even front line leader, Career Evolved can help up-level your brand to aim higher, dream bigger and let go of any self-doubt that is holding you back in your career. The community of aspiring professionals you will network with is also amazing with each of us supporting one another in the next phase of career growth. I have come to cherish the wonderful people I have met and networked through this program. Two thumbs up!

I accessed the training videos and its actually quite valuable - but you gotta listen carefully to the message they are giving. Its less about tactics and more about yourself, what you need to change inside - and one has to be ready for that because what they say makes sense. Take your time with it.

Bruce Stodola was supposed to meet with me on 3/6 @ 6pm. Zoom is still open, no sign of him, no email to reschedule, nothing. He probably took a good look at my LI and decided it was not a "good fit" for them. Lol

Will try to reschedule but I will not have him again.

Joining the Career Evolved community was the first time that I had ever invested in myself. It was absolutely terrifying to read the contract that essentially stated- we give you the tools and support, but you are the one that has to put in the work.

Ultimately, I took the leap and I am so glad that I did.
This program surprised me in so many ways. It forced me to take accountability; transform my relationship with fear; truly understand who I am and what I want; learn to properly network; develop a service mindset; and own my power.

Yes, you will find your next role, but more importantly you will find yourself. Just remember it's a rollercoaster, stay committed!

This company is a total scam! From the moment I signed up, I got bombarded by the rep. Red flags started going up when I attended the meeting and got very vague information that the rep kept spinning for over an hour. This disgusting company prays on the weak! There are countless reviews on them taking thousands of dollars without delivering the services. STAY AWAY!
