I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General against Career Evolved and its owner, Olivia Gamber. A complaint with the Texas Attorney General is forthcoming—to shine a light on her deceptive practices and the gaslighting of consumers who dare to ask for their money back after she fails to deliver even basic contracted services. Because she is dishonest, every written response, including the one here, will be used to point out her patterns of lies to legal authorities, including that she provided "multiple" warm connections and that I did not get every penny back from her small, ineffective operation.

After she attempted to ruin my perfect credit, I successfully won a chargeback against Career Evolved by providing clear evidence that she had breached the contract. My goal now is to expose her pattern of deception, her lies about consumers who speak up, and the psychological manipulation she uses to avoid accountability.

Do NOT waste your money on Career Evolved. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. I gave the company a D rating in its own evaluation.

The program starts with elementary videos about “energy levels” and “telling yourself 100 positive things”—content better suited for a $30 self-help book than a $6,000 professional coaching engagement. These superficial modules must be completed before you can access the promised “warm introductions,” which are the program’s core selling point. But those introductions never came. Instead, I received a generic Excel list of LinkedIn contacts—most irrelevant to my field. It’s a classic bait-and-switch.

The coach assigned to me lacked the experience to support someone with 25+ years in senior-level marketing and communications. She was unprepared and added little value. LinkedIn services were not delivered until nearly three months into the engagement—far too late for a timely job search.

I also question the integrity of Career Evolved’s online reviews. On Facebook, some five-star reviews contain broken English and odd phrasing (“your service perfect an beautiful,” “niece and beautiful”), suggesting they may be fake. On Trustpilot, a sudden surge of glowing reviews in May 2025 appears timed to drown out negative feedback.

Career Evolved overpromises, underdelivers, and hides behind a no-refund policy even when it fails to provide core services. I urge other professionals to file complaints if they’ve been misled. The only way to stop this pattern is to expose it.

The impact the Career Evolved program has had on my life cannot be overstated. I was able to do more for my job search in 3 months than I had in the previous 12 months combined. With Olivia’s unique approach to both the self, through refocusing your mindset, and how you discover your next opportunity, by building relationships and focusing on alignment, I have been able to focus my efforts in ways that I was never able to before.

The Career Evolved community, which is a part of the program, is such a huge part of the transition to getting you to where you belong. Being able to have productive, supportive calls with other members, plus coaches, and Olivia herself made such a big difference. I can’t imagine any other type of program being able to achieve the same results. The lessons you learn are reinforced and taught in a way that will have you practicing the principles in many other areas of your life.

I was looking to level up my career and came across Career Evolved. The coaches are top notch and I was able to work very closely with my personal coach 1-on-1 to make sure I was focusing on the important parts of the process. By the time I was done with the program I had 3 VP offers from different companies in the HVAC industry with a truly phenomenal comp plan. I definitely recommend the program, just be ready to put in the work the get the results!!!

The CareerEvolved program was transformational at a time in my life when I so very much needed it. After leaving an executive role late last year, I had a runway to find my next opportunity, but my numerous applications and follow-ups had not worked. My networking attempts were getting me meetings, but not outcomes. My confidence was down. CareerEvolved is a lifestyle. And if that seems too philosophical for you, let's put it this way - I continue to receive job offers ongoing from my efforts during the program. This is a group committed to continuously learning and leveling up.

This is a great community. A model that works if you work it.

The coaches are incredibly insightful (Inga is amazing!), and the CE community is full of talented professionals who not only inspire, but also show up, share generously, and support each other without hesitation.

Career Evolved is not a serious company. I logged in to a scheduled Zoom meeting with the company. The first red flag was the VP's camera was off. Second, they told me they did not have my linkedin profile after I had sent it to them 3-4 days earlier. Third, after about 30 seconds our zoom meeting crashed ( full disclosure: I read that zoom had an issue yesterday all around the US and so I was not totally surprised it crashed ). I logged back in and waited for 15-20 minutes but no one showed up. Again, technology problems happen. I expected to receive an email that apologized for the technology snafu and perhaps a request for a rescheduled meeting. That never happened and as of 45 minute after our scheduled meeting, I have not heard back from this company. A serious company that was invested in clients, potential clients, or staff would never let this happen. They would immediately reach out to reschedule if there was an issue or if they were disconnected from clients. This is a fake company. Do not waste your valuable time with a company that lacks professionalism.

The coaching, mindset and community were a huge help to me on my path to find a new role. My ability to network and make true connection took a serious step forward because of the program. I know that my presence in interviews and networking calls was more memorable and valuable to the listener because of what I learned. This ultimately, I believe, played a big part in helping me land a dream position that is tailor-fit to me.

Also, the community i had access to was a huge source of help in connections, new tools, insights and phenomenal support. The wisdom of the crowd is real and the community within Career Evolved helped me through the tough stretch.

It was a hard commitment for me financially and mentally but i'm glad I did it. I believe that real investment in yourself will always return multiple times what you put in.

Excellent team. Program guidance is top notch. I would highly recommend for anyone in transition that’s looking for a higher-paying role.
