Poor customer service. Received the wrong colour but unable to contact company for exchange

I have emailed the company twice. I ordered light blue but got the dark blue which my husband already has. I was willing to return and exchange but he has now worn it

The material the trousers are made of are not very good as they seem very stiff and tend to stay creased and not to fall nicely after sitting down.

The trousers are good quality and a nice fit. I had to wait quite a while for them to be delivered but the customer service person was very helpful and tried his best.

I placed an order three weeks ago and I have not received it nor have I had any correspondence from the company.
I have contacted them using the online message form twice and have had no response.
If anyone form this company is reading this review, please get in touch with me regarding my missing order.

14th March. Order no 76407. Amount £126.83. I returned 2 pairs of trousers for a refund on 23 March which I have still not received. It is now 22April. I have bought 4 pairs of trousers since which I had to pay for in advance. You still owe me 2x £40.94. Not happy

The item has arrived 2 weeks after being ordered.
I was concerned that I may have fallen victim to one of the scamming websites, when there was such a long delay, but was completely put at ease by the pleasant company owner when I phoned to enquire after my order.
The garment hasn’t been worn yet but looks and feels great.

Arrived on time and item as described

Another positive purchase from this company. I’ve used them for a number of years. They continue to provide value for money and a high quality product. It is a pleasure to recommend them.

1.The side pockets have narrow apertures only ⅔ size of my other trousers and are difficult to access. They are so so shallow that small items like keys are prone to fall out.
2.Unlike other providers of adaptive clothing Care do not offer to remit VAT to qualifying purchasers.

The sale was as it stated. Size accurate and reasonably priced

Excellent quality and fantastic customer service.

Extremely slow service. Email 2 days after ordering to say that it was on its way. Finally received 9 days later after having paid for a 48 hour delivery.
Contact details are useless " Thanks again! If you need any help with your order, please contact us at no-reply @careclothing.co.uk."

I ordered the wrong colour in error but a telephone call fixed the problem! Great customer service. The trousers are great and the order was for a second pair.

Prompt delivery of quality trousers. Always polite if you need to ring the company. And you get to talk to a real person who answers any queries promptly in a friendly personal way.

Brian and his staff never fail to 'deliver'! When I asked for my order to be processed as soon as possible please, he actually phoned me to advise that it had been despatched. I have been dealing with Brian at Care Clothing for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the clothing or the excellent service that he provides. I see Care Clothing as an 'old school' organisation maintaining high standards of customer care and product and I have pleasure in very highly recommending them.
