I would not use again!!!
They put the wrong flag on my card, I didn’t get an email to review so when I received it I informed them. To be fair They were quick to reply initially and told me that a new card would be made. It went down hill after this, I had to chase for updates. Card was ready and due to be received last Tuesday and I still have not got it. I asked to send my replacement in priority shipping due to it being Christmas and Royal Mail are well known for delays. They ignored me and sent it normal post which apparently takes a couple of days. One week later and almost 2 weeks from reporting the issue I have no replacement card!!
Their customer service have said there is nothing they can do and they used their standard shipping method, yet on Facebook they advertise fast track shipment. This was due to be a birthday present and it’s been stuck with Royal Mail, child was told maybe Santa will bring it which now also looks unlikely! . Really disappointing and customer service have just wiped their hands off it saying it’s with the courier and not their fault.
If they had of listened to my request if sending fast track as requested we wouldn’t have this issue. I dread to think what condition it’s going to come in - if I ever receive it!
Asked for refund and told no………

Quality is great, shipping to US in fairly fast, wish it was a bit larger however. Guess I didn't realize how small the medium was.

Items (2 x metallic football cards) are absolutely amazing! Quality is exceptional. Properly packaged for safe transport.

Perhaps a little pricey but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”.

The product is perfect as advertised for my grandson ,but the packaging was a real problem ,was basically a piece of cardboard and a brown paper envelope ,which was delivered..and left in a safe place ,but it was raining ,so my envelope was very very wet ,had started to swap through ...I think the packaging is down to the company I've bought of ,it needs to be complete water proof incase of this situation ..
The card was damp ,I've managed to dry it ,before giving my grandson.. no time to re order .

Finished product was great however having paid extra for the 48hr shipping, it still took 4-5 days to deliver which unfortunately meant it was not in on time for a Secret Santa night.

The card is of average quality. I appreciate the work that goes into it their end but overall wouldn’t order again. Paid for fast track service but had to email after 7 days as no delivery details. Received the card two days after making contact.
