We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given that the order was intended as a Christmas gift.

Your order was produced and dispatched on time, however once the parcel was handed over to the courier, it unfortunately encountered an issue during the local delivery process. Tracking showed that the parcel was out for delivery but not completed, after which it was escalated for investigation by the courier. Throughout this period, we remained in contact with both the courier and yourself, providing updates as soon as we received them.

Unfortunately, investigations with third-party couriers can take time, particularly during the Christmas period, and we’re unable to intervene or speed up their internal processes. We fully appreciate how frustrating this is and sincerely regret that the delivery was not completed before Christmas.

We’re continuing to follow this up with the courier and will provide a resolution as soon as we receive their final response.

Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re very sorry for the disappointment caused.

Unfortunately, no order details were included with this review, which means we’re unable to look into the specific order or verify the issue mentioned.

That said, regarding image quality, it’s important to note that the image used on each card is uploaded by the customer. As outlined in our Terms of Service, customers are responsible for supplying a suitable image. We do carry out a minimum quality check on all uploads, and the image provided met these requirements at the time of order.

As all of our products are personalised, returns are not possible once an order has been produced, which is also clearly stated at checkout.
