Place my order this morning and although I havent received my order yet I did receive an email with a preview and it looks so good. Can’t wait for my little boy to see it for his birthday :)

Super easy and straightforward, great communication and super fast shipping. The board was amazing. My son was absolutely made up!

It was a quality item and its been an amazing experience. I loved how good the printing is. Quicker delivery compared to the first time I ordered it and given that its from another continent it was a good deal. Would love it if it came even quicker, within a week but overall a trustworthy site and item for football fans.

Ordered on 12/30/25. Shipping took way too long, package was all over the country.

I had a discount code and it was saying half off - after paying I realised it hadn’t discounted the product only take the 15% off not the half price. A lot more expensive for the size than the last one - I was disappointed

I placed my order on November 28—four weeks before Christmas—based on the two‑week production and delivery timeline advertised on the website. Despite this, it didn’t arrive until December 31.

The item was meant to be part of a child’s Christmas present, so I had to buy an alternative at the last minute. During the delay, I contacted support several times not once did they contact to tell me there was any issue) and was told the order had been mistakenly cancelled in their system. They assured me they would do their best to deliver on time. They could have rush through the print and express postage...they didn't.
When I asked how they planned to resolve the issue, I was asked what I thought they should do. I suggested a refund, given they failed to meet their stated timelines. Instead, I was told I’d need to pay to return the item before a refund could be issued. I requested an alternative solution and have not heard back since (over a week ago). Extremely disappointing service and what makes it worse is that they don't seem to bothered. I was told that they are not a

''...multi-million-pound operation, and while we work hard to put robust processes in place, mistakes can unfortunately still happen from time to time. ....

That said, I appreciate that none of this changes the impact on you. You ordered in good faith, had to chase updates multiple times, and ultimately received the item too late for its intended purpose. That’s not the experience we aim to provide.''

They took my money like any small or large business and stated service levels on their website, any got defensive when I questioned the service I received.

The card itself is fine - If it had been delivered on time as expected I would have given it a 6/10, as from anything closer than a few feet it looks a bit cheap. Everything that happened post order and the level of customer service etc I would probably give it a 3/10 overall and avoid if possible if I was considering this type of present.

Delivery Took ages even After paying for fast delivery. Christmas was a disaster for my boy. Contacted them but they weren’t interested in a solution.

Card itself has a good quality.

Ordered one for a friend of mine as a gift and I was blown away. Final product was bigger and higher quality than I expected. Incredibly happy with this purchase!
