Great service, Jas is so friendly! My orders have always arrived on time and with no complications.

Order arrived very quickly. Very well packaged too in bubble sealers and a cardboard box with quite a bit of protective brown paper. Company were very quick to reply when I had an issue receiving a card and rectified it straight away.

Card Collective is more than just a shop. It is a community and a safe space, especially for new collectors. When I first bought from Jas and Peach, I let them know that I was just starting to collect again. They were full of fantastic advice and were so brilliant at getting my collection started again through their advice and kindness/generosity. I'd done a lot of scrolling through rip and ship streams, and card collective seemed the most welcoming both with Jas and Peach but also their regular customers who were chatting away. The prices were also the best I'd seen. Shipping has always been quick and cards well protected, with special shipping if sending very valuable cards. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for pokemon is obvious from the get go. I'm so glad to have choosen card collective to buy from. 100% recommend!!

The company and their staff are great. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start their Pokémon journey. Jas has been very helpful and he is very knowledgeable. Their prices are some of the best and I can’t fault them at all!

In times where the Pokemon market is FILLED with scalpers it's great to find a company who cares more about collectors than profit. I have placed several orders with card collective and none have disappointed. They value customers and reward our loyalty, which is hard to find these days. I find their prices super competitive and I am always happy with my orders. Orders are always posted in a timely manner (my orders are after 8pm and I usually have an email to say my order has been dispatched the following day).

Purchased some chinese 151 from them - havent recieved them its been over a month - they marked as delivered by using another tracking number - very suss, i would avoid them, if i dont get anything by the end of the month i will be making a chargeback.

CCUK is easily, very easily one of the best online retailers for trading cards in the game right now. You can be sure that any product is competitively priced and that it'll be shipped quick sharpish. It's a shame that some reviews can't understand the difference between and a seller and courier!

Made an order on June 27th and June 29th, received notification on the 30th orders had been prepared for delivery. After some time noticed the orders had not moved. They claim they hadn’t been picked up and they’d rearrange for collection on July 7th. On July 7th still no update. As of today they’ve had to cancel both my orders because apparently the shipping company has lost them…. Tracking shows they were never picked up. Wouldn’t order from them again, absolutely useless and seemed to make it up as they go along. AVOID!!

Very communicative, packaging is always great and starting to build a great community! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, looking forward to our next interaction :)
