Incredibly slow shipping times. Takes over a week to just ship an item. This review is not based on the AI orders as that shipping time was communicated. This is just regular orders from TikTok and their site. Other small streamers on TikTok can package and ship the orders they receive in a timely manner. Not this company. The seller also takes the code cards from your orders. Odd behaviour. People play Pokémon Live and use those code cards for that. I can only guess they bundle the code cards together and sell them as a lot of other platforms such as eBay or Vinted. If people are buying packs, they should receive all contents of the pack. Trying to scim off your customers is disgusting.

After placing several orders with this company (mainly taking advantage of their previous 30% off offer using the AI system!) I have been very happy with my orders. All except one arrived very quickly with all items present and as expected. My last order was placed on 13th June and arrived today, 6th July. I had emailed and asked regarding my order and was told about stock issues and delayed stock deliveries. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as previous orders were spot on. The customer service was excellent, keeping me up to date with what was happening such as damaged stock. I was offered a small gift as a ‘thank you for being patient’ type item, which was kind. I was also offered a full refund plus my gift or to wait another week for stock delivery - I chose the second option as I still wanted my item. It was Shipped on the day they said they would get stock In, I was emailed and also received my tracking. This order arrived 2 working days later (today). All very good and including the free gift as promised. Could not be happier with this company, great prices and hoping to get the discount again in the future which definitely enticed me to make a few orders! Thanks again

Super fast well packed delivery

The new AI platform is terrible, confusing and takes way longer.

I was offered a place in their wholesale program and jumped on it as I run a small stall from time to time selling card and often need packs to sell especially with the way the market is atm.

Turns out the wholesale program was just a limited discount... that's not a program them is it... can only use it on the AI website which is clunky and does not work properly.

And they suddenly introduced a new 7-10 day lead time, which hasn't ever been the case before AND the AI platform allowed me to pay for a 48 hour delivery time... which its apparently not supposed to do.

I need products fairly quickly as they sell quick and i usually have a week between sales. So for something to take 7-10 days (and btw my latest order that I'm still waiting on has taken longer then 10 days) is not helpful at all.

Tried contacting customer service, they basically said their AI should not have let me have a 48 hour option, so they can either refund my postage and i will have to continue waiting or refund the order... well as mentioned I need the stock so can't cancel the order oh... AND its oh so convenient that that the wholesale discount has just ended. Meaning that if I did cancel and order again I'd have to pay more for the stock...

Guys come on!

If you offer a wholesale program.

1) Make it a proper program, not just a discount code to get people using the AI site. (Cause the wholesale code does not work on their normal site)

and

2) Realize that people who are going to want to buy into the wholesale program are gonna be sellers, if I was a streamer I might have streams every day or every few days. They will need stock way faster then 7-10 days.

Previous to this last order the service had been ok, but I'm ngl this last order has started putting me off.

Changed to some AI rubbish, website is a joke now. Unsubscribed and won't use again!

Sometime hit and miss.
They offer competitive price but will cancel your order due to oversold after a week of process.

I've made two purchases with card collective for Pokemon items.

One time I tried emailing asking if they knew anyone who sells Genshin impact products (perhaps a business partner) but I didn't get a response - meaning customer service side might be lacking somewhere.

Nevertheless, deliveries are always on point with them dispatching either same or next day (even during the festive month) and I've not had problems with the items!

I will keep returning as a customer and hope to find more characters and stuff on there!

Bought two of the Pokemon Electric plush blind box. For starters, they were the most reasonably priced I had managed to find them. Secondly, they arrived very quickly, considering they're Chinese exclusives I was expecting to wait a lot longer. Lastly, they arrived in brilliant condition. Overall, no complaints.Would absolutely recommend. Hopefully they get some more back in stock. I got a Plusle and a Pachirisu. My target is Raichu.

They sent me the slim version of the booster box even though I ordered the jumbo version. They took ages to respond to my emails. 4 weeks later after my original order arrived, I finally have the correct item. The"free gift" as an apology is a booster pack worth no more than £2. Ive ordered from here before and the prices are great and the dispatch is fast, its just when something goes wrong their customer service is terrible.
