Appalling after sales service. Refused emplacement battery or refund on 18 month old battery despite supposed 3 yr warranty. Insisted on return of battery at a cost of £20 for testing then just returned dead battery with no explanation. Fee for testing to be refunded this, did not happen as warranty claim rejected Very difficult to contact company

Battery failed in 2 months, of course the voltage is below 10.4 so they say they will deny warranty. The battery has failed, won't hold a charge or be charged, so of course the voltage is below 10.4.

The price was excellent by far and for a branded make. Delivery and everything spot on. I have saved CBM as a favourite and I’m recommending them to friends and anyone else I know.

I required a battery for my Ford Focus Mk 2 1.8 and CBM had a good make at a reasonable price compared to other suppliers. The battery arrived promptly and was well packaged. I've never used CBM before but definitely consider them again in the future.

Very disappointing experience. I received my order in a damaged condition and tried multiple times to contact the company for a resolution, but unfortunately I have received no proper response to my emails or messages.
It is extremely frustrating to receive a damaged product and then be unable to get any support from the seller. Customers should not be left without communication after paying for an order.
I hope the company improves its customer service and takes responsibility for resolving issues like this in the future.

I was sceptical when I first saw the price of the same battery I was looking to replace, £44 inc. delivery, as I had been quoted over £100 by my local garage. The ordering process was extremely easy as was checkout. The order was placed after 3pm on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, so I was expecting delivery to delayed to about a week, but later that night the courier emailed to say delivery would be on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday (so sooner than expected). On the day, the couriers email gave me a 2hr window and I was able to track it. The battery arrived very well packaged and within 10 minutes and using one spanner later I had swapped the old for the new and have had no problems since. Great service and even better price. I would recommend and use again.
