Malheureusement, comme d'autres, au retour de la voiture, ils ont soi-disant trouvé des défauts à l'avant sous le moteur.
IL N'Y AVAIT AUCUN PROBLEME..
Afin d'éviter d'autres problêmes et un conflit ouvert, Je n'ai pas eu d'autre solution que d'accepter de perdre mes 950€ de franchise.
heureusement j'étais assuré et j'avais tout en vidéo sur mon téléphone.
Je viens d'avoir confirmation d'un remboursement de 800€.
MAIS LE LOUEUR A PROFITE DE 950€ ......

avrei dovuto accorgermi subito di che "tipi" erano questi che avevano preteso il pagamento in contanti del noleggio, ma al rientro mi è stato contestato un graffio sul lato del paraurti anteriore e addebitati 650euro senza alcuna possibilità di discussione o di accordo. avevo trovato l'offerta sul sito di Carjet ....

Rien à dire sur le processus de réservation, pour la location d'une voiture via la plateforme Carjet auprès de Carandgo d'Heraklion.
Sortis de l'aéroport, nous venons récupérer le véhicule auprès du loueur et là, ça se complique ... impossible, selon les dires du loueur, de payer le solde via ma carte bleue (je m'étais assuré en amont que ma carte puisse être fonctionnelle pour cette opération). Le terminal de paiement ne fonctionnait soit disant pas avec ma carte, et Carandgo me propose alors une solution alternative en payant en liquide ... mais 4 fois le prix initial. L'escroquerie étant manifeste, je tourne les talons malgré les minuits trente, et me dirige vers un autre loueur encore ouvert pour trouver désespérément un autre véhicule à la volée (sans réservation préalable). Merci à Sterling d'avoir assuré en nous proposant un tarif convenable.
De retour de mon périple, je me retourne vers Carjet pour faire état de la situation et je reçois une fin de non recevoir. J'en ai don eu pour les frais de réservation et une mauvaise surprise avec un loueur flirtant avec l'escroquerie. Dommage que Carjet n'ai pris aucune responsabilité. C'est la 1ère et dernière fois que je passe par cette plateforme. Je ne la recommande évidemment pas, et Carandgo est à fuir ...

Angesichts der vielen sehr schlechten Bewertungen fühle ich mich berufen, auch mal was Positives zu schreiben. Ich hatte für eine Woche Ende Oktober einen Kleinwagen für sehr wenig Geld über einen spanischen Vermittler gebucht. Das Auto war fast neu und sehr sauber. Ich kann es verstehen, dass bei diesen günstigen Preisen Carandgo nicht für Kleinstschäden und für Außen- und Innenreinigung aufkommen kann. Deshalb verlangt die Firma im Kleingedruckten, dass man das Auto vor der Rückgabe zu einer Waschanlage fährt, und weist den Kunden auch mündlich bei Übergabe drauf hin. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch, dass man sein Auto einigermaßen pünktlich bei Mietbeginn abholen muss. Wenn man Stunden später kommt, wird der Vertrag ungültig, weil die Firma wohl mit den wenigen Stellplätzen am Flughafen streng disponieren muss. So war es einer holländischen Familie ergangen, die später kam.
Also ich war sehr zufrieden. Ich bin sehr vorsichtig gefahren, habe Feldwege vermieden und habe das Auto sogar ungereinigt, außen etwas staubig und innen mit etwas Sand verunreinigt, abgegeben. Das wurde so akzeptiert, und meine Kaution blieb unangetastet. Das nächste Mal würde ich das Auto beim der Übergabe gut abfotografieren.

Bei der Rueckgabe des Mietwagens wurden Kratzer gefunden,die man mit der Lupe suchen müsste und wahrscheinlich vorher schon da waren, da es zu keine Ursache dafür gab. Dann würden die 1000€ Kaution einbehalten mit dem Hinweis ,dass ein Rest erstattet würde nach Reparatur. Die Rechnung die jetzt belief sich oh Wunder genau auf 1000€, wobei zu 100% davon auszugehen ist, dass der "Schaden" nicht behoben und die gleiche Masche beim nächsten Mieter wieder abgezogen wird.

A fuire... demande de payer la location en espèces, essaye de donner une voiture plus petite en disant que c'est la même catégorie (yaris/focus mais bien sûr!) finalement après avoir appelé le prestataire il nous trouve une voiture pleine de rayures et au retour ils nous font payer les rayures que soit disant nous avons faites alors qu'elles étaient là depuis le départ... bref allez chez un loueur "classique" je crois que c'est mieux car à Héraklion j'ai l'impression que malheureusement ce n'est pas le seul à être malhonnête...

My daughter has been desparate to go to a sephora so we booked a flight to crete as the sephora’s here are very cheap and well rated. We booked a rental car to take us too all the sephoras around the island. As it was a rather hot day I turned on the air con hoping it would cool me and my daughter down however when it turned on the whole vent fell out and landed on my daughter luckily it didn’t hurt her. After shopping we got in the car with all our bags in the passenger seat footwell, after driving for a while the whole passenger seat footwell fell through along with the my daughter as there wasn’t a seatbelt on her seat. We messaged them on snapchat as that was the only form of communication that they had given us to message about the incident. my daughter had been run over and was stuck to the tires and all my perfume was ruined 😡. we returned the car shortly after the incident after having to drive to the place with my daughter stuck to the tires. Although we tried removing her from the tires with a smashed up Sol De Janeiro bottle it was a struggle and we couldn’t. Obviously me being distraught with my daughters death and my perfumes being destroyed i couldn’t make it to a car wash as they would have covered my daughter in soap and washed her away 😥. so we took her too the car return place and they charged 5000 euros to remove her and give us the body along with another 10000 to replace the vehicle overall it was a horrible experience and my husband later killed himself with a car engine left on the side of the road by the same company as he used it to fill his bloodstream with gasoline. I had to sort out all the death certificates and cremate their body’s before i returned to america which i later found out that they were taking money off my card weekly around 6000 euros a week so overall don’t book from this company.

me and my husband were going to crete for our honeymoon expecting a nice stay at our 5 star accommodation, after arriving at the rental we were presented with an extremely old car that broke down on our way to the hotel, after telling the rental they said it was our fault and charged us £656 pounds for the car breaking when it was clearly to do with the age and condition of the car we were renting. We were left with no money to eat out at nice restaurants and overall this experience was very very disappointing.

Des voleurs sans aucune intelligence, ils sont à vomir par leur comportement. Je vous conseil vivement de ne pas les approcher... Je n'ai pas signé le pv de constat au retour, mais ils m'ont quand même débité indument la somme de 500€ sur la caution pour une rayure qu'ils ont fait eux même sur le parking de l'hôtel... A FUIR

Unseriöses unternehmen. Bucht niemals hier!!! Statt 124 euro mussten wir schlussendlich vor ort 486 zahlen (200 nur depo) da wir nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen konnten, obwohl wir eine dabei hatten. Sie haben es nicht akzeptiert. Beim Abgeben wurde dann ein ,,schaden‘‘ festgestellt den wir nicht verursacht haben. Mussten somit die 200 euro depot da lassen. Einfach abzocke.

Oplichters!! Alle mogelijke trucs met toeslagen, boetes. Het nieuwste is de surprise eis dat de auto al na een week gewassen moet worden ingeleverd. Anders borgsom verbeurd en/of €150 bijbetalen. Daar sta je dan vlak voor de deadline van je vliegtuig. Trap er niet in mensen. Bewuste klessetrekkerij. Nooit weer!!! Te mooi om waar te zijn is dat meestal ook. Bah…

Mid September I rented a Yaris Toyota from CarandGo. I have checked the car … follows: many small bumps outside body , absolutely old (vulcanised) and damaged wind shield wiper , almost empty water tank for the wiper , Inside - very , very spotty and dirty seats and floor mats. The driver's mat on the floor was worn and holed - DEFINATELY the car was much older than the declared 22 700 kms ! In the Form the were so arogant to mark that both Interial and Exterial conditions were "excellent" ! But upon return they marked ""good" regardless that there was no single spot or liquid etc added by both of us ! They charged me 60 Euro extra as senior driver ! Driving against the sun was virtually impossible , the wind shield (front glass) was totally non-transparent - second day I called them and they advice me to buy new wiper and they will reimburse me ! The blocked 900 Euro from my credit card for ONE month !

I booked a vehicle with CarandGo through DoYouItaly. I arrived to pick it up and completed the rental forms. I was asked if I wanted full insurance and declined it as I have my own excess insurance. I was informed that I would have to pay extra because of my age even though I had chosen CarandGo to rent with as it was included free of charge. I agreed to pay the extra. The young lady then said the whole rental amount would have to be paid in cash I said I did not have that amount with me and it would have to be on my credit card. She was not happy. When she tried to take the deposit for the car on my credit card she said my bank in the UK had declined it. I called my bank whilst talking to her and they informed me that no attempt had been made to take any monies from my card. I asked her to try again whilst I was on the telephone to the bank. Again the bank told me no attempt had been made to take the money. I am convinced that as I could not the pay the rental in cash she made out the bank was declining the card by not completing the input on the card machine correctly. I gave up and went to the adjoining car rental booth, Automattis, who rented me car at a slightly higher price. I paid immediately with my credit card which went through OK. I believe CarandGo are at the end of the season and trying to take as much cash as they can presumably to avoid tax. I of course will not use CarandGo again and would caution everyone to be careful of their tactics.

Comment une telle entreprise d'escroc peut elle avoir pignon sur rue?? Ils nous ont découvert une rayure et un pet sur le pare brise que nous n'avions jamais aperçu ( des yeux de lynx ces loueurs, et même des griffes de lynx) malgré le lavage intensif de la voiture juste quelques minutes auparavant, un état des lieux incompréhensif!!! du coup la caution qui s'envole et impossible de discuter, notre vol à une 1h du décollage, du personnel plus que désagréable et cette impression de se faire enfler qui fait mal, à fuir au plus vite...

Malhonnêtes et dangereux !
Nous nous sommes faites agressées par 3 femmes qui tiennent le bureau à l'aéroport d'heraklion ! Elles n'ont pas voulu nous rendre la caution parce que soit disant un éclat sur le pare-brise. Nous avions pourtant souscrit une assurance ! Je n'ai donc pas voulu signer leur document elles se sont enfermées à clés dans le bureau et ouvert une petite fenêtre et là une d'elle m'a volé mon téléphone ! Ma fille qui a récupéré leur papier et venu rapidement en essayant d'ouvrir la porte qui était deffectueuse, la porte est tombée et les 3 femmes se sont jetées sur elle pour la frapper !!! J'étais en état de choc et leur demadait d'arrêter mais elles ont continué une d'elle essayait de me provoquer et m'a hurlé avec un sourire diabolique "ici t'es pas dans ton pays et tu vas payer" " tu peux oublier ton vol tu vas rester ici et payer ! " j'étais choquée... la police est enfin arrivée et la même femme a complètement changé en se mettant à pleurer et en disant en grec que nous l'avions agressé ! La police nous a emmené au poste et en écoutant notre version ( compliquée à cause de la langue) a mis ma fille en prison et l'autre femme également... il faut arrêter cette compagnie d'exercer en découvrant les commentaires j'ai compris que c'est une pratique courante chez eux !

Achtung Abzocke: Hier wird einem am ersten Tag schon der Urlaub versaut. Der Mietpreis kann nur bar bezahlt werden wobei die Kaution von 900€ über die Kreditkarte abgebucht werden. Obwohl im Voucher steht das man mit Kreditkarte bezahlen kann. Wenn man sich dann dazu bereiterklärt hat und bei dem Mietvertrag ca. 5 Unterschriften geleistet hat, wird dann das Auto übergeben, vorher erfolgt aber noch eine gründliche Besichtigung des Fahrzeuges. Hier wird dann jeder noch so kleine Kratzer aufgezeichnet, den man selbst auf einem Foto nicht erkennen kann. Danach wird einem noch erklärt das man das Auto von außen und von innen gereinigt zurück bringen muss ansonsten fallen nochmals 150 € Reinigungskosten an. Übrigens ab 65 Jahren zahlen sie nochmals zusätzlich 60,-€
Wenn Sie also einen schönen Kreta Urlaub verbringen wollen dann kann ich nur den Rat geben Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung. Diese Autovermietung ist eine Schande für ganz Kreta.

STATE ALLA LARGA: SONO DEI LADRI! Attraverso Carjet decido di prenotare un auto con 6 mesi di anticipo e il partner a cui si affidano a Creta per mio nolo è CarandGo. Arrivati in loco iniziano a fare storie, con un inglese pessimo e una maleducazione alle stelle, perché sostengono che la mia non è una carta di credito, dopo avergli mostrato che lo è si convincono ma senza scusarsi, per altro! Pretendono il pagamento del noleggio auto in contanti cosa che da nessuna parte nel contratto è scritta e la caparra con carta di credito. Dopo 3 tentativi falliti sostengono che la mia carta non funziona e si rifuutano di darmi l'auto per cui avevo già pagato un acconto di 76€! Sono costretta a noleggiare l'auto altrove e sorpresa la mia carta funziona benissimo e ha fondi a sufficienza.. ho utilizzato la mia carta mastercard in tutto il mondo e NON ho mai avuto problemi! Quindi era chiaramente un pretesto!!

Watch out! SCAM! You most probably end up without taking any car, although paid and booked through Carjet.com, cause they consciously overbook and then find excuses and don't deliver any car.
