Great customer service, an easy and smooth purchase experience and quick shipping ( only took about two weeks to get to me in the U.S.!) some of the lightest trucks on the market, and they feel great. The wheels have great colors and a super smooth roll, and good sound. I got some awesome little stickers and a set of board rails included too, everything was packed well. I will be a returning customer without a doubt, and would recommend buying straight from the source! Thank you caramel for continuing to innovate and bring us cool fingerboard products!

Todo perfecto !! buen trato, mejor producto. Calidad asegura!

Ya he realizado varios pedidos a Caramel y siempre es calidad. Ruedas street shape de finger, ejes con su calidad brutal y unas ruedas para handboard. Envíos rápidos si eres de España, en un par de días lo tienes.

Excellent products and customer support ! Shipping fast and secure, never had a problem. I really love their urethane wheels, the best I have tried so far !

Caramel is surely my favorite fingerboard shop in Europe. The customer service and support are excellent, international packages somehow always come really quick and there’s such a big range of products available, also the prices are usually lowest comparing to other shops. I highly recommend shopping here and if you have any questions about the products, don’t be afraid to message them and ask, they’re very helpful ❤️

Love the lightweight trucks however the screws and baseplates provided weren’t compatible. It was hard to install on a brand new December deck and in the process of putting it on the deck holes weren’t stripped. :/ Will still recommend getting the hangers. Also but bushings broke first day. Easy fix by buying new bushings. Overall love the little cute stickers too. For the caramel wax it’s so pretty but really hard and difficult to apply. Harder than house candle tbh. When torching it took 20 seconds to melt overall not the qualities I had hoped for. I left detailed reviews on Shop but I think it was deleted. I still want to support this brand and maybe I’ll give them another chance

They were really attentive to new fingerboarders and just overall a great experience.

Fantastic customer service and some of the best trucks in FB

Lightweight trucks
And all around great quality finger skate stuff

Increible el trato y la atencion al cliente que tienen! El materia es ll mas top!

Their handboards are high quality and reasonably priced. Shipping time was pretty quick and an update on every step of the way. I highly recommend caramel to anyone that handboards and is looking or on the fence about this company.

Las ruedas llegaron en óptimas condiciones, sin embargo el caramelo o el empaque de las ruedas llegó levemente quebrado
