DAMAGED WASTE KIT
I had a customer who had ruined her waste kit due to using washing powder in it.
I was given the correct code and price to advise the customer of how much it would cost to replace.
Olivia Wright sorted out the delivery for me and was able to get it delivered within a couple of days which is much appreciated.

Replacement part for Kitchen sink

Paying for installation and taking away
I have had to replace like for like as no other distributor does the integrated tall freezer, when buying it on line at no point was it mentioned that I would have to pay even more for it to be installed and the old one taken away, I think spending that amount on a new freezer , that extra cost should have been mentioned

Dishwasher Basket Replacement.
Contacted Caple Customer Service by email to inform them of a developing fault with the top basket of our dishwasher and received a prompt reply from Chan.
We provided some pictures of the fault and Caple promptly couriered a new replacement basket to us.
Whole episode dealt with in four days.
Very happy with the attention provided by Chan.

We're a Kitchen and appliance retailer visiting to learn more about the Caple product. This was a fascinating and informative few hours.
Not only is this a beautifully set out showroom with excellent kitchen displays, but there are also working ovens, hobs and other appliances and we were treated to a 3 course lunch prepared on Caple appliances which was superb.
A great showroom is superficial without the right people. No worries here. To say Lauren, the Regional Training Manager, is an expert on Caple is an understatement. Her knowledge of appliances and Caple in particular is impressive and was communicated with enthusiasm.
We got through a lot in a few hours but it was interesting and informative throughout. If you're a retailer selling or considering Caple, this is well worth your time.
