Capital Play Recenzje

I can’t thank these guys enough. From my enquiry to the finished product. Customer service was outstanding. Communication was fantastic. The guys that came to the house and put the Inground trampoline in were absolutely lovely. Very tidy, extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Oh and kids absolutely love the trampoline and say it’s go loads of bounce. Much better than the one they had previously. 10*’s 👍👍

Good service, prompt delivery, great price, and very helpful customer service

You can tell the materials are high quality. But the videos and guidance on digging out are misleading anything 10ft and over you will want an excavator. None of the videos associated with the sized showcase an excavator, they should really just to prepare people. The soil quality of your dig and proximity to established trees will have a significant bearing on how clean your hole dig is and how time consuming.

I think they should make this clearer, it is written on the instructions, but not in the videos.

The rope toggles for the padding in particular are a challenge. However on the whole (mind the pun) it is fantastic you can tell they have put together a quality product and the assembly is super simple. The groundwork is not.

Excellent service. Item delivered quickly and looks great. Hoping replacement pads las longer than last ones and the mesh material deteriorated quickly after sun exposure. Quite expensive but certainly reduces slap noise.

My children love the end result. Digging and installing not as straightforward and took a couple of evenings but worth the wait! Thanks

Wonderful people , A class service. Sam and his team are spectacular

We got the in-ground trampoline in May and have been having so much FUN. It was worth every pound having Paul and the team install it for us. Their knowledge, manner of working, and down to earth approachable way of talking and listening was above and beyond. The trampoline is a wonderful, safe and fun addition to our home. We are so grateful.

Yes great and very happy with my purchase.

Really lovely people and excellent prompt service, thank you

The girls love the trampoline and the installers did a wonderful job

Great service , delivered on time

I haven’t received the new pad and haven’t had a response when enquiring about it

Quality product - very well put together - solid construction. Quite OK to build it yourself - digging the whole is the toughest - good instructions for building the trampoline. Only minor niggle is attaching the spring pads is a but tricky. Can't compare with other in ground trampolines, but this is highly recommended and kids love it.

We bought a North performer trampoline for our girl’s birthday. The delivery came a few weeks before their birthday and it stayed boxed up until their big day. When I started putting it together it was clear there were bits missing, actually turned out to be a whole box! Capital play were brilliant, they sent the missing box the next day along with a free basketball hoop! The trampoline is great, do wish all the boxes had all been there in the first place but equally I didn’t check for a good couple of weeks and the way it was dealt with when I realised was superb. Thoroughly recommend Capital play and the team at Chobham.

A very high quality trampoline, great delivery. Delighted with third in ground trampoline, as is my little boy!

Great service, great delivery, amazing products that last forever!

Brilliant service. Great team of guys who were very polite, hard working and left it immaculate as of no diggers or gear had been there

Really efficient and good quality install, friendly team, cleared up behind them. Would recommend.

Phone answered quickly by someone helpful and knowledgeable. Trampoline delivered quickly and all parts present. No problems and we're very pleased with the trampoline.
