I am very happy with the Canvas print The quality and clarity of the image were excellent, and it looked great. It was easy to order and the service was done perfectly

Avoid this business like the plague.

Processed an order for next day delivery, which was a birthday present for today, a week later and still nothing! Neither this business or the courier accepted responsibility or even apologised, both sides confrontational and unhelpful. Business states courier liable, courier states business liable. Shocking customer service, also as the canvas was personalised it would make sense to offer a full refund and still send to me if it was in the unlikely event found later. However, instead they wanted it returned to them, which doesn’t make sense as it would be unusable.

Other low reviews suggest this is a business to avoid.

At no point did I ask for both a full refund and a replacement canvas. What I actually said was that if the original parcel eventually turned up after being declared lost, it would make more sense for me to keep it than for it to be returned to be “shredded” and “reused” – something I struggle to understand given that it is a printed canvas with permanent pigments.

I also wasn’t simply unhappy because I “didn’t get my own way”. I paid for next-day delivery because the canvas was needed for a birthday. It never arrived, meaning the occasion had already passed by the time a replacement was offered. A replacement after the event does not fulfil the service that was paid for.

At no stage did I receive an apology for the inconvenience or disappointment caused. Instead, your public response misrepresents what I asked for and attempts to portray me as unreasonable.

Having now read your responses to other negative reviews on Trustpilot, it appears this dismissive and confrontational approach is not an isolated incident. Referring to customers as “spitting their dummy out” and implying they are dishonest does little to inspire confidence. Businesses are, of course, entitled to defend themselves, but there is a significant difference between explaining the facts and publicly belittling customers.

Customers understand that couriers sometimes lose parcels. What matters is how a business responds when that happens. Unfortunately, my experience was that the focus was on defending your position rather than acknowledging the impact on your customer. My review reflects that experience, and I stand by it.

This company gives bad customer service. They don't communicate. and are unwilling to help. Other companies have much better return policies and are always willing to help. This company has disastrous customer relations policies. I have tried to solve this prior to placing a bad review, but it seems they also are racists and are mocking me for my background.

Excellent quality of print. and having the option to be able to customise the size to fit my requirement was a big plus.
Delivery was a bit slow but that was due to delivery company mislaying the canvas, delivered on a Monday and not the Friday as promised. 4 stars because of delivery company

I love my canvas print. I cannot express enough how amazingly beautiful and stunning the canvas turned out. The color is amazing and so vibrant and the quality is crystal clear. Every single part of the photo came out on the canvas. 100% recommend site.

I tried to ask them a simple and relevant technical question but 5 emails on 3 different channels in 2 months did not make them reply a single word.

Update: the answer from the service provider is pathetic and hilarious in the same time. Same approach from SP as described above, just sad. Too bad I have proof (as I am a real customer). Btw you should have been this fast with answering my 5 contact attempts in 3 different channels lol. Just wanted to buy from you t...s.

Update2: ????? I do not really get it why would a businessman lie about these consistently but there we are, that is very rich and not pathetic at all. Don't you think it would be more mature to admit your fault and apologise? You ask me to contact you? DID NOT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, that was the problem that you did not reply in the first place? Blocked ip and cannot contact: LOL, also lie and a very cheap one. Just viewed your webpage and i can go until actual checkout til giving my card details. Anybody with a vpn can check that. And also you have several public email addresses, I wrote to those too. And you cannot even block emails from a country, they are not IP based, do you have any idea how that works before you tell this nonsense? Not to mention my domain is not Hungarian :D

:D I still do not get why tou would be like this. Ok so lets do this to see if you stand by your lies or not. You pay me 1000 gbp if i can produce an evidence that you are lying. I pay you 1000 gbp if I cannot produce evidence in 3 days. We sign a contract for that (I do not trust your word now sorry). Trust me, we can sign a contract for this, I have studied law (too). You in or out?

I wasn't aware that adding a lacquer coating adds an extra day for delivery, but after a few emails with Conrad I was left very happy with the outcome (upgraded shipping) - this company truly cares about customer service. admirable company. There are few of them now. I placed the wrong order by mistake. I wrote an e-mail and as it happens in other companies, they do not pay attention to it and problems begin. Here my request was immediately fulfilled and I got my money back. I will correct my mistake and order again. But the company made itself known from the professional side, which does not only look at earning at the expense of the customer in the event of a mistake when placing an order. I will certainly recommend to others.

This is the second time I wanted to send my friend who lives in the UK a canvas with my photo art printed on it, and Canvas Design was the only company I was going to use. Excellent quality prints at highly affordable prices ( far more affordable than anything I could find in the States), ease of ordering from another country, lightning quick shipping ( my friend has the canvas on his wall two days after I placed my order), I can’t say enough good things about this company. I ordered a 40x30 canvas 3 days ago. When it arrived I was shocked to see it was wrong. I rang conrad who explained I'd sent a portrait picture and requested a landscape frame. I asked how this could be rectified and he said he could do it again in a portrait frame. I asked how much I owed him to which he replied "nothing". I am a proud man and will admit when I am wrong and will pay to rectify my mistakes but he wouldn't hear of it. Reluctantly I agreed though very shocked at his kindness. The new canvas arrived today and as my dog is all I have in life when I opened the package I cried tears of happiness. I cannot believe how good the canvas is or how professional and generous the company are. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be and will recommend canvasdesign to all and everyone.
