Great communication, installers were polite and had great workmanship. highly recommend

Impossible to speak to over the phone, they ignore emails. They charged my elderly Mum thousands and won't even respond to emails.
I suspect their business model is to simply get as much money out of customers as they can. The kit they sold my Mum appears to be totally over the top for her needs.

EDIT: The irony is after trying to get in contact with LR Renewables to get the info I need for 4 months, I received a reply to my 1 star Trustpilot review in under 20 minutes!

LR Renewables was recommented to be by my neighbour. I have had solar panels for 12 years and receive high FIT, I was hesitant to add to my system in fear of losing the FIT but the office team at LR advised me to go for a AC system. Looking forward to using it during winter months and benefiting from this system as much as I do in the summer

Scott and Kieron installed my 9kWh battery system last week. Brilliant workmanship, polite and efficiant. The team in the office had great communication with booking us in and advising us on how to use the Lux Power app. Very happy with our experience thus far

We have had several issues with our battery installation since they were installed, and LR are not interested. One excuse after another, not answering their phone or replying to emails, and trying to force customers to pay for maintenance programmes to repair/replace items still under warranty. I’m still waiting to hear from you LR. Absolute disgrace, avoid!

Complete scam artists DO NOT USE this company. Bad installation constant problems that they only want to fix by selling you something else (which is well overpriced) . Tried to say Input voltage to house was over 254 volts but got another independant electrician who said it was fine and at 240. Yet another scam they tried to pull. STAY WELL CLEAR.

SYSTEM INSTALLED APRIL THEN ENGINEER CAME TO CHECK SYSTEM IN MAY THEN AND NOW TELLS ME I NEED TO BASICLY UPGRADE SYSTEM COSTING ME MORE THAN INITIAL COST, WOULD CERTAINLY NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO THIS COMPANY.

Recently bought 2 extra batteries to expand my system, the entire process was easy, highly recommend this company!

LR Renewables were honest with us from the start about the delay in stock, once arrived we were immediately booked in and our battery system was fitted by the engineers.

The installation of my replacement solar panels was very professional and done quickly, customer service was helpful when explaining i needed 2 of my panels to be replaced.

Recently had our system replaced which we had installed a number of years ago, can’t fault the service we received.

I took a maintenance contract out with LR Renewables and can easily say it has been the best thing me and my wife have done. any problems or questions we have the office are quick to send someone out to come check over my system and always leave my panels looking spotless.

This was my first experience with LR Renewables, from the sale to the aftercare i couldn’t fault any of it! the communication from the office when explaining to me what was happening made me feel at ease, would definitely recommend.

Tried to cancel both contract for battery storage and maintenance, but was told that they would be able to install across a 3 phase system. The system was installed 1 week later and did not work. A second visit got the system working, but not proved. I was not happy with the Maintenance plan and cancelled within the cooling off period. Still waiting for my refund.
I have not had any response to my queries or requests for an EIA and other supporting documents. Not happy with the quality of the installation work. With concerns over H&S issues not being addressed.
Update: I paid for an Independent assessment. Confirmed my worst fears. No backup & unsafe.

following my last review i am pleased to say the system is up and running perfectly lr apoliges for not getting in touch to phone line technical problems, had to replace inverter,guys very frendly and helpful. highly recomend lr.

Provided a scaffold for this company in December. Been ignored ever since with regards to payment. Will now have to seek legal action.

Purchased my battery storage from this company, after the solar installation, service exceptional. After 3 years they still answer questions and go out of their way to help. Definitely money well spent
