Pleased with print, (I'd ordered the the size it was painted at) but very dissapointed that the plastic sheet covering the print was not non reflective. Most unprofessional.

I ordered from my old address, sent customer services an email and address was updated no problem. Picture arrived well packaged and framed. Love it.

After placing my order for 2 Klimt mugs and paying for them, I get an email with the wrong name and gender asking if I liked my order that was delivered 6 days prior. Straight away I email them saying no delivery and this is not even my name. This has been going on for 5 days through their automated system. I get its Christmas and a small company can find fulfilment hard but 5 days no resolution, NOTHING , I will never buy anything from this site again. SEND ME MY MUGS I HAVE PAID FOR !!!!!!!

My order never arrived. I noted this in the correspondences from Canvas and I received no response. Is this a scam?

Ordered a sequin cushion. What has been delivered is awful. Sequins missing, Big clumps of white sequins where they should be coloured. I cannot gift this. Only place for it is the bin.

I made a mistake when placing my order and immediately emailed to see if I could amend my order. The response was very quick and whilst it was not possible to amend the order, they had cancelled it so that I could reorder correctly. All correspondence was polite and helpffull at all times.

I appreciated the follow up to resolve my issue. I was anxious to resolve my issue and would have liked to have a phone number where I could reach someone quicker.

A great purchase. The whole process was very straightforward.

I ordered a pink flamingo cushion and when it arrived there were some strange marks in the fabric. I contacted the company via email with pictures. They immediately dealt with my issue, recognised the problem, apologised and sent a replacement. They did not require me to return the original and permitted me to keep it. Although I was disappointed with my order it was dealt with in a very satisfactory way and for their customer service I would use them again.

I searched online for a print that I wanted.
I had a question so I went to the ‘contact us’ area and left a message
I got a friendly response within a few hours
As a result I made my purchase

Missing one item from my order. I have emailed the help email twice but have not heard back.
The piece I received is ok, but not great quality. I wouldn’t have minded if I had received the other item but customer services are non-existent.

Very quick service and good quality canvas print

I was a bit skeptical as I did not hear anything for almost 10 days after putting in an order so I sent them an email. Customer service did reply 2 days later informing me that parcel had been out for delivery.

Parcel arrived well packed and protected. I am very happy with the prints which came nicely framed. Good quality frames and very sturdy. Prints are fun I wish colours are more vivid but they actually look good in the rooms. Very competitive pricing.

If you want a lovely, good quality canvas print that you can be proud of, choose another company. The 'canvas' is a horrible plastic. The pictures are like looking through a dirty window.

the hooks on the pictures are not in the midddle on the back, cant hang straight.
