Exactly as advertised and quick delivery

Ordered a print which arrived damaged so courier took it back with them marked as damaged. I have sent three emails to the company and contacted them via fb to ask for a replacement or refund. Auto-reply said they respond within 48 hours but I still haven't heard anything a week later.

I can’t say I would recommend this company. Delivery was fairly prompt, however the mural came up short in width and length. The decorator checked my measurements and they were spot on. I’ve emailed 3 times this week and have heard nothing back. Also, the colours of the rugby stadium are far less vibrant than the website. Feels like a waste of money.

Awful company!!!!!!!!! They shipped me the wrong picture 17 days ago and they have not responded to any of my emails. I sent pictures and documentation on the incorrect shipment with no response. Never again!!! Terrible!!!!

Although this artwork is thought provoking I am pleased I have it. Every time I gaze on it, it reminds me of how lucky I am not living in a war zone.

I bought a large canvas print. Unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted once I received it. Despite this, the service was excellent. No quibbles about the refund, which was provided promptly and in full.

Had a problem taking advantage of the 2-4-1 mug offer, but Kayleigh sorted it out for me.

Don’t use this company! Spent £120 on a northern lights canvas. No response to emails took 3 weeks to arrive and nothing like the image on their website at all!!! Sent multiple emails they respond once every few weeks had to go to my bank and am out of pocket for the special delivery return costs as they state images can look a little different to online! 3 months down the line and still not resolved with one email every few weeks save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere this is a joke of a company!

Very poor quality image. Blurry. Looks like it was a lo-rez file that was enlarged too much and printed on canvas. Attempted to contact customer support for replacement or refund but have not received any reply.

**UPDATE after 2 weeks. I constantly get emails from Canvas Art Rocks reminding me to review my purchase, which I obviously have!! Unfortunately I get no such email replies from their customer service. BUYER BEWARE. you’re better off purchasing from Amazon.com or any number of cheap art/canvas companies.

Very fast delivery. Prints framed beautifully, good colour. Very pleased with the quality.

More great mugs featuring famous works of art. Have bought from Canvas before. The designs still look good after much dishwasher time. Very speedy delivery - thank you!

Excellent canvas print and delivery was prompt and on time

I ordered a Christmas gift on 10/12/24 and almost 2 weeks later I haven't received it, nor received an update or response to my customer enquiry. But I did get an email to leave a review - despite not having received the product as yet. Really poor service and customer service especially given the time of year and people are most likely ordering gifts.
