I had installed my new replacement key pad successfully but was lost in lockout mode. Toni Rodarte saved the day. Toni was incredibly patient and solved my issue.

After missplacing one of 2 keys to my Stack on safe which I use for Hunter Education classroom aids, I thought I should order a second key. Jesse was awesome! I was experiencing a user induced error and he solved it within 2 minutes. My experience with the customer support team at cannon was a positive one, I read many only reviews saying otherwise. I had planned on holding on the phone line because i thought that they would never call back. I held on the line for about 15 minutes and then my wife needed help with something so I selected the call back option, it wasn't quite 10 minutes and Jesse called. Everything about the call was professional, even though it was a stupid error on my part and I was overthinking the situation. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars for customer support.

Great customer service. My safe is great! Being a engineer I think small changes to your parts could make a huge difference. my part that broke; if the pins had a complete weld would be much stronger. I don't know if it is done manually or by a robot,but a easy fix to make a much more durable part.

I called the support line for my problem and was able to talk to someone who gave me clear, concise instructions and we got the problem resolved.

Parts were missing from a new safe I purchased. Although it’s been several months since the purchase, the parts are on their way now. I did miss their original email back to me so that could account for some of the wait time. Cannon’s representative’s emails have been cordial, informative and to the point. I’m very satisfied with Cannons customer service team!

Excellent customer service. The company sent me a replacement lock within 24 hours under warranty. Jose was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Thank you — I really appreciate it.

Overall it was good just the time it took to get the parts. Information given and pictures should have been enough to speed up the process but it drug out. It took almost three months, thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency and it was just a safe.
