Waiting months for parts that I have already paid for. Sent emails, phone calls, still cannot get my replacement parts.

Very frustrating and no support to resolve.

In attempting to open the safe where the bolts were slightly jammed up due to insufficient space between the door and the first tow of rifles, my 64 year old, wheelchair-bound self managed to apply enough torque on the opening mechanism, to sheer off a weld, making the hand wheel free-spin, with the bolts still in the locked position. Now it’s a large paperweight, with about 40 inaccessible weapons in it. Yes, they have a lifetime warranty, but it’s useless if they never respond to emails or answer the phone. As an alternative, may I suggest placing the guns between your bed’s box spring and mattress? At least there, you could access them.

I would have rated them a zero, but that’s not an available option.

Safe won't open. Mechanism inside has been temperamental since I have own it and now it won't open. I contacted customer service and they were about a useful as the safe mechanism. They wouldn't help me unless I paid... which BTW their warranty is supposedly lifetime. It's as garbage as their customer service is. Go with a different company and avoid these clowns like the plague.

Bought an older mdl safe at estate auction, no manual or information, only a working combo. Emailed for assistance, "ticket closed" reply w/o add'l info.
Contacted chat support, Toni Rodarte responded, & ably informed me of all needed info, as well as a downloadable manual for the "antique" (2010) safe.

Do not buy a safe from Cannon !!!! The brand new safe would not lock. After sending them video confirmation of my problem, they sent me a new lock mechanism, but that new lock mechanism would not lock either so they were supposed to give me permission to grind it down myself so that it would lock, but they would not tell me whether or not it would mess up my warranty …. Said they would get back to me after they asked their management…. I’ve emailed them several times with no response…still waiting on confirmation after weeks of crickets in my inbox..

Prompt customer service.

Lost a key to my cabinet, T. at Cannon helped me get a new one fairly quick. Note that live chat during business hours was responded to immediately, online contact form was not.

The tech support guy Toni Rodarte was very professional and extremely helpful. My problem was resolved in good time.

The worst company I have had business dealings with. There customer service representatives constantly lied about what was going on with my claim. After approximately one month they informed me they could do nothing. The problem was the safe was not working due to a damaged door handle most likely from shipping. So as a result I will never do business with Cannon safe company or recommend them.

Purchased a safe and while trying to change the key pad code locked my keys inside safe .. contacted them and resolved my issue real quick . Great customer service couldn’t ask for better .

I talked to Robert with Cannon Safe and he was able to help me with getting a part that was needed for my dads safe.He was very helpful and much appreciated.

I need a key replacement and was having trouble with the online form. I tried calling but was put on hold. When I used the Chat, the world opened up. It was very quick, painless and friendly. I am pretty sure it was not a chatbot, but a real human.

Was provided instructions to troubleshoot my issue and get the safe unlocked.

One negative is that they don't ship to Canada expecting me to have an address in the US.
