I purchased a gun Vault safe back in 2014 and have used it for many years. I’ve never needed to use the key and usually change the battery every two years. We moved from Florida and two years ago and I didn’t change the batteries. My safe wouldn’t open! I searched for the key and could not find it. I called customer service and actually got a human being on the phone the first try, which was awesome. As he was walking me through the process for ordering a new key I actually found the key! We own two gun safes and love the product. It has been more than reliable and only because I let the batteries run down, the safe wouldn’t open. It Opened flawlessly with the key however. Customer service was awesome. Product is awesome and I highly recommend gun Vault.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst service I have ever seen from any company I have been associated with. You can't talk to a person. They say they will contact you and they don't. I have a brand new safe that the keypad for the lock will not program. I can't use it!!

Don't make the mistake I did. Buy another brand.

Easiest safe to break into in the industry. Spent over $1000 for a safe to secure 44 guns and it only took robber’s around 30 minutes to bust it open and steel $70,000 worth of firearms and they have no warranty to help in that situation at all. They are a joke!!!!

Representative Toni is a true pro. My original question on Monday was regarding batteries for keypad/lock operation which were answered clearly. Today, Tuesday, I was able to confirm that the safe is a Cannon and not a Heritage Fortress. With the model number, Toni was also able to answer further questions I now had, such as the weight and availability of parts. A+ service.

I have multiple products in the Cannon Safe family and I love each one of them. I locked my key inside my GunVault recently, reached out to support and Toni was able to get the process going for a key replacement rather quickly, should have my replacement key by next week.

Garbage customer service. After agreeing to correct an issue I'm having with the safe, they have reneged on that agreement and are now making petty excuses to replace a beeping keypad, even though they are aware of the issues they are having. Customer service is a joke; buyer beware.

Toni was able to resolve my issue on line after ihad NO success with two phone calls to both of your support phone lines! Toni is a great asset to your company!

Toni Rodarte was extremely helpful, understanding and explained everything so I could understand. Back story: I was changing the battery in our Cannon safe, and the 9-volt battery connector broke. I thought I could just replace the connector, unfortunately it was a bit more complicated - I need to replace the keypad. Toni asked for pictures, proof of purchase and serial/model numbers. I was not able to provide the numbers since I am at work but will email as soon as I get home. I was pretty upset with the situation, but Toni made me feel like this was something small and easy to fix. I am hopeful that will be the case when the new keypad arrives.

The electronic lock WILL fail. And they will NOT call you back. COSTCO needs to drop them

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I highly recommend staying away from any Cannon products. I purchased a Cannon gun safe, thinking this would be a good way to secure my belongings and valuables, unfortunately, due to the cheap components and a lack of customer service, I am locked out of my gun safe with no other option other than drilling the safe to get to my belongings. After contacting Cannon to resolve the issue, the only thing they can provide was a replacement keypad, which does no good as the safe is locked, and I need to open the safe to replace it, which requires it to be drilled making the safe, no longer usable. I highly suggest to stay away from their products to avoid the headaches I’ve been going through just trying to get my belongings.
