Services are tailored to each state's medical cannabis program. This includes Virginia written medical cannabis certifications, Oklahoma physician recommendations for OMMA patient licensing, Texas evaluations under the Compassionate Use Program and CURT, Pennsylvania medical marijuana certification, Ohio medical marijuana evaluations, and state-specific services in our other supported markets.
CannabisMD TeleMed currently offers $25 online evaluations in Oklahoma and $40 evaluations in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Minnesota. Pricing and program requirements vary by state.
Appointments are completed online where permitted under current state rules, allowing patients to connect with licensed practitioners through a simple and convenient process. Eligibility and certification decisions are made by the evaluating practitioner.

Convenience thru Telemedicine
The service was convenient as I’m not able to travel to Richmond or Virginia Beach for in person consultation so I’m glad they had the option for telehealth. I will definitely be working with them when it’s time to renew my certification thank you cannabis MD TeleMed.

I've been using this company for a…
I've been using this company for a couple of years now and in the past it's gone excellent. Today, not so much. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am. When I hadn't received a call by 10:15, I called the company and left a voicemail. I received 2 texts and an email back to back at 10:22 am that said my appointment had been scheduled for 10:50 am. I received a call from the provider at 10:27.My email letting me know I had my card had the wrong name on it as well, a person named Scott? I like this company, but if this is the way things are going to be, I'd rather look to get my card somewhere else. The back and forth and no communication is not worth it for me. They need to go back to the video appointments instead of whatever this is.

Last night we completed a migration to a new scheduling and records system, finishing early this morning. A small number of appointments booked during the migration window didn't carry over to the new system, which caused delayed calls and some duplicate or out-of-order notifications. One of those automated emails also went out with a staff member's name in it — mine — instead of the intended recipient's. That was a template error on our side, not a mix-up of anyone's records.
As soon as we identified the issue this morning, we rescheduled the affected appointments and asked our providers to call those patients as soon as they were free rather than waiting for the newly assigned times. The migration is now complete so everything will be smooth going forward. This new system will actually make things faster, especially for renewals, since information won't need to be re-entered every time.
I apologize for the frustration this caused and please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if you need any additional assistance.
